中国核能行业协会邀请了16位相关领域专家组成专家组，对三门核电3、4号机组工程钢制安全壳顶封头就位先决条件、220kV倒送电相关系统安装、汽轮机本体设备安装等3个专题进行了推演。各方分领域研判了项目建设存在的风险及问题，对潜在风险、应对措施及国内其他核电经验反馈深入交流探讨，在原风险项基础上新识别和修订了11条风险项、28条应对措施，并提出13条关注项。

专家组认为三门核电和项目各参建单位对3、4号机组建设过程中的风险研究深入、剖析深刻，采取的应对措施得当有效，同时对识别出的风险项、关注项以及应对措施提出相关建议。三门核电和项目各参建单位将根据专家组的指导意见，坚持整体协同，积极做好风险应对，确保三门核电二期工程建设高质量稳步推进。

中核咨询、中咨管理、上海核工院、浙江火电、中核五公司、中核二二、国核设备项目负责人，三门核电相关领导参加推演活动。

The China Nuclear Energy Industry Association invited 16 experts in related fields to form an expert group, which conducted a review on three topics, including the prerequisite for the installation of the steel containment top head of Unit 3 and 4 of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, the installation of 220kV reverse power transmission related systems, and the installation of turbine body equipment. The parties studied and judged the risks and problems existing in the project construction by field, conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on potential risks, countermeasures and feedbacks from other domestic nuclear power experience, identified and revised 11 risk items and 28 countermeasures on the basis of the original risk items, and put forward 13 concerns.

The expert group believes that the Sanmen nuclear power plant and the participating units of the project have conducted in-depth research and in-depth analysis of the risks in the construction process of Unit 3 and 4, and adopted appropriate and effective countermeasures, and put forward relevant suggestions on the identified risks, concerns and countermeasures. Sanmen Nuclear Power and all participating units of the project will adhere to the overall coordination according to the guidance of the expert group, actively respond to risks, and ensure the high-quality and steady progress of the construction of the second phase of Sanmen Nuclear Power plant.
