双江口水电站位于四川省阿坝藏族羌族自治州马尔康市、金川县境内，是大渡河干流规划的第5个梯级电站。枢纽工程由拦河大坝、泄洪建筑物、引水发电系统等组成。其中，砾石土心墙堆石坝最大坝高315米，坝顶高程2510米，坝顶宽度16米，坝顶长度639.25米，坝体填筑总量约4516万方，是目前世界在建第一高坝。

为保障工程进度，大渡河双江口公司积极践行“社会主义是干出来的”伟大号召，认真贯彻落实集团公司“41663”总体工作方针和“两高一低”工程建设要求，超前谋划、精细部署，有序推进大坝填筑。公司发挥业主的主导作用，强化施工管控协调，充分调动建设者的积极性；严把施工质量关和安全风险关，确保坝面高度节节攀升、填筑强度持续突破、填筑质量稳步提升，为双江口水电站按期下闸蓄水打下了坚实基础。

Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station is located in Malkang City and Jinchuan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province. It is the fifth step of Dadu River main stream planning hydropower station. The hub project consists of river dam, flood discharge building, water diversion power generation system and so on. Among them, the gravel core rockfill dam has a maximum dam height of 315 meters, a crest elevation of 2,510 meters, a crest width of 16 meters, and a crest length of 639.25 meters. The total amount of dam filling is about 45.16 million square meters, which is currently the highest dam under construction in the world.

In order to ensure the progress of the project, Dadu River Shuangjiangkou Company actively practiced the great call of "socialism is done", earnestly implemented the overall work policy of the Group company "41663" and the construction requirements of the "two high and one low" project, advanced planning, fine deployment, and orderly promotion of dam filling. The company plays the leading role of the owner, strengthens the construction control and coordination, and fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of the builders; Strict construction quality and safety risks, to ensure that the height of the dam surface is rising, the filling strength is continuously breaking through, and the filling quality is steadily improving, laying a solid foundation for the sluice water storage of Shuangjiangkou Hydropower Station on schedule.
