4月15日，山东院总承包建设的济南热电集团有限公司2×66万千瓦先进燃煤机组供热项目（以下简称济南热电项目），1号机组锅炉大板梁缓缓上升、顺利就位，圆满完成吊装工作，为后续锅炉钢结构安装奠定坚实基础，标志着项目建设进入全新冲刺阶段。

2023年8月，济南热电项目1号机组首批钢结构开始吊装。山东院总承包项目部精心策划，协同各方、锚定目标，通过监造驻厂，召开周例会、高层协调会，组建质量创优党员先锋队等举措，克服资源紧张等困难挑战，实现锅炉钢结构“施工吊装一层、现场存储一层、生产发货一层”，为吊装工作有序开展提供了坚强保障。

2024年3月26日，济南热电项目1号机组锅炉首批大板梁抵达现场。山东院总承包项目部精准把控施工进度、严格把关工程质量，从资源协调、板梁运输、方案审批到安全检查，确保每个环节按照既定方案执行到位，细致入微做好每项工作，齐心协力高质量完成大板梁吊装。

On April 15, Jinan Thermal Power Group Co., Ltd. 2× 660,000 kW advanced coal-fired unit heating project (hereinafter referred to as Jinan Thermal power Project), Unit 1 boiler big plate beam slowly rose, smoothly in place, successfully completed the lifting work, laying a solid foundation for the follow-up boiler steel structure installation, marking the project construction into a new sprint stage.

In August 2023, the first batch of steel structures of Unit 1 of Jinan Thermal Power Project began to be lifted. The General contracting project Department of Shandong Institute carefully planned, coordinated with all parties, anchored the target, and adopted measures such as supervising the construction of the factory, holding weekly meetings, high-level coordination meetings, and setting up the vanguard of quality creation Party members to overcome difficulties and challenges such as resource constraints, and realized the boiler steel structure "construction and hoisting of a layer, on-site storage of a layer, production and delivery of a layer", providing a strong guarantee for the orderly development of hoisting work.

On March 26, 2024, the first batch of large plate beams for the boiler of Unit 1 of Jinan Thermal Power Project arrived at the site. The General contracting project Department of Shandong Institute accurately controls the construction progress and strictly controls the quality of the project, from resource coordination, plate and beam transportation, program approval to safety inspection, to ensure that each link is implemented in accordance with the established plan, to do each work in detail, and to work together to complete the hoisting of large plate and beam with high quality.
