新疆分公司火电项目汽机房由中国电力工程顾问集团西北电力设计院有限公司设计,浙江省二建建设集团有限公司承建,包括8.15m层、16.45m层、23m层、28.35m层、36.5m层及41.5m层,总高41.5m,总长度97.75m,共10个轴线,采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构,抗震设防烈度7度,框架抗震等级为一级。汽机房A列主体结构建设工程自2023年12月7日首次浇筑以来,新疆分公司坚持以“党建+安全、质量、进度”为引领,统筹部署组织工程一部、EHS部及施工方、监理方骨干力量成立党员突击队,聚力同行,全力拼搏,克服大风、沙尘暴、冰冻等极端天气影响,优化组织管控,历时2个多月(扣除冬歇期)完成建设目标,比相同容量机组A列主体结构到顶时间提前12天,比本项目计划工期提前5天。

大板梁吊装作为锅炉钢架安装工程的最重要节点,难度大、技术含量高。为确保吊装工作顺利安全进行,新疆分公司联合施工和监理单位,组织工程一部、EHS部、施工和监理单位骨干力量成立党员技术攻坚组,统筹谋划,制定周密科学的吊装方案,提前开展锅炉钢架承载前的验收,反复论证,将影响大板梁吊装的因素逐一消除,对施工人员进行详细的安全技术交底,严格按照既定方案,安全、高效地完成了吊装任务,比计划节点提前15天达成。

新疆分公司2×1000MW火电项目2项重要节点任务的顺利完成,突显出党建引领赋能在建设业务攻坚克难中的关键性作用,助力工程建设高标准、高效率、高质量完成。下一步,新疆分公司将继续严把质量关,高效率施工,扎实完成后续汽机房B列、汽机大平台浇筑、安装和锅炉受热面安装等工程,为火电机组按期并网发电打下基础。

The steam engine room of the thermal power project of Xinjiang Branch was designed by Northwest Electric Power Design Institute of China Power Engineering Consulting Group Co., LTD., and constructed by Zhejiang Second Construction Construction Group Co., LTD., including 8.15m floors, 16.45m floors, 23m floors, 28.35m floors, 36.5m floors and 41.5m floors, with a total height of 41.5m and a total length of 97.75m. A total of 10 axes, using cast-in-place reinforced concrete frame structure, seismic fortification intensity of 7 degrees, the frame seismic grade is one. Since the construction of the main structure of Column A of the steam engine house was first poured on December 7, 2023, the Xinjiang Branch has adhered to the guidance of "Party building + safety, quality and progress", coordinated the deployment of the first engineering department, the EHS Department and the backbone forces of the construction and supervision parties to set up Party members' commandos, gathered together, and worked hard to overcome the impact of extreme weather such as wind, sandstorm and ice. Optimize the organization and control, and complete the construction target in more than 2 months (excluding the winter break period), 12 days earlier than the peak time of the main structure of the same capacity unit A, and 5 days earlier than the planned construction period of the project.

As the most important node of boiler steel frame installation project, the hoisting of large slab beam is difficult and has high technical content. In order to ensure the smooth and safe lifting work, the Xinjiang Branch, together with the construction and supervision units, organized the first engineering department, the EHS department, and the backbone forces of the construction and supervision units to set up a technical team of Party members, made an overall plan, formulated a thorough and scientific lifting plan, carried out the acceptance of the boiler steel frame in advance, and repeatedly proved that the factors affecting the hoisting of large slab beams were eliminated one by one. Detailed safety technical disclosure to the construction personnel, in strict accordance with the established plan, the lifting task was safely and efficiently completed, 15 days ahead of the planned node.

The successful completion of 2 important node tasks of the 2×1000MW thermal power project of Xinjiang Branch highlights the key role of Party building leading and enabling in the construction business, and helps the construction of high standards, high efficiency and high quality. In the next step, Xinjiang Branch will continue to strictly control the quality, high efficiency construction, and solidly complete the subsequent turbine room B column, turbine large platform pouring, installation and boiler heating surface installation, laying the foundation for the thermal power unit to be connected to the grid on schedule.
