大板梁是锅炉钢结构最关键、最具标志性的构件,用于承担锅炉本体主要重量,是整个项目建设中吊装难度最大的部件之一。项目锅炉大板梁共计8根,首吊的K2下梁,长27.3米、宽2米、高1米,总重35.4吨,吊装就位高度为89.52米,布置于锅炉构架顶层。

大板梁吊装工作技术含量高,吊装难度大。为确保吊装工作顺利完成,桥头发电公司严格按照双重预防管理机制,采用提级管理,成立专班。策划过程中,桥头发电公司协同国核院,综合考虑现场作业气候环境、首根大板梁重量、吊装位置等因素,制定板梁吊装策划方案及“四措两案”实施细则,科学统筹协调机械设备和人员配备,13项安全吊装条件,顺利通过审核。

吊装前,施工单位严格按照规定安全分级预控要求,检查确认清单,并围绕高空作业安全措施、吊装设备检查维护、现场消防设施配置等方面进行全面排查,同时对现场作业人员进行详细技术交底,确保每位参与人员明确作业流程和安全职责。

The large slab beam is the most critical and iconic component of the boiler steel structure, which is used to bear the main weight of the boiler body and is one of the most difficult components in the whole project construction. There are a total of 8 large boiler plates and beams in the project. The first K2 lower beam is 27.3 meters long, 2 meters wide and 1 meter high, with a total weight of 35.4 tons. The hoisting height is 89.52 meters, and it is arranged on the top layer of the boiler frame.

The hoisting work of large slab beam has high technical content and great difficulty. In order to ensure the successful completion of the hoisting work, Qiaotou Power generation Company strictly follows the double prevention management mechanism, adopts upgraded management and sets up special teams. In the planning process, Qiaotou Power Generation Company cooperated with the National Nuclear Institute, comprehensively considered the climate environment of the site operation, the weight of the first large slab beam, the hoisting position and other factors, formulated the hoisting planning plan of the slab beam and the implementation rules of the "four measures and two cases", scientifically coordinated the mechanical equipment and personnel, 13 safe hoisting conditions, and successfully passed the audit.

Before hoisting, the construction unit strictly follows the safety classification pre-control requirements, checks and confirms the list, and conducts a comprehensive investigation on the safety measures for high-altitude operation, the inspection and maintenance of hoisting equipment, and the configuration of on-site fire fighting facilities. At the same time, detailed technical disclosure is made to the on-site operators to ensure that each participant is clear about the operation process and safety responsibilities.
