试运行期间,该项目锅炉、汽轮机、发电机等主要设备及其附属设备运行安全稳定,机组各项涉网指标符合电网调度要求,电气保护、热控保护、自动化及仪表等投入率均达到100%,脱硫、脱硝、除尘装置投入率达到100%,污染物排放浓度均低于国家标准,机组各项生产运行指标均达到国内同类机组先进水平,也是全国首台实现20%负荷深度调峰且稳定运行的66万千瓦超超临界燃烧褐煤机组。

该项目是国家能源局贯彻落实国务院《打赢蓝天保卫战三年计划》,推动内蒙古能源持续发展,缓解东部地区大气污染,增强电力供应能力,规划建设锡盟~泰州±800kV特高压直流输电通道的配套电源点。作为国家发展改革委重点保供项目、国家能源局督办的重点保供项目,总投资约52.8亿元,2020年8月开工建设,采用煤电一体化运营模式建设2台66万千瓦超超临界褐煤间接空冷发电机组,通过消纳劣质褐煤400余万吨/年,实现煤炭就地转化及电力外送。正式投运后,每年可向江苏省输送电量66亿度,相当于230万户家庭一年的用电量,有力保障江苏电网负荷增长需要,助力江苏经济社会高质量发展,对实现国家资源优势互补、提高能源安全保障水平、增强能源供应能力等具有重要战略意义。

该项目在生态环保、智慧电厂方面具有示范意义。环保方面,项目运用烟气提水、间接空冷等行业先进技术,真正实现全厂生产“零补水”,烟气提水量达到163万吨/年,为全国同类型机组中规模最大。项目建设高效脱硫、脱硝和除尘等装置,除尘效率99.9%、脱硫效率99.6%、脱硝效率90.7%。智慧方面,项目高起点规划、高标准建成全国一流智慧电厂,获评“2023年度电力建设智慧工程五星案例”。通过应用工业互联网、云计算、人工智能、5G通信等先进技术,搭建一体化智慧管控平台,实现全厂数据统一接入、信息集中共享、智能应用统一管控。

During the trial operation, the main equipment of the project, such as boilers, turbines, generators and their auxiliary equipment, operated safely and statically, all the net-related indicators of the unit met the requirements of power grid dispatching, the input rate of electrical protection, thermal control protection, automation and instrumentation reached 100%, the input rate of desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal devices reached 100%, and the pollutant emission concentration was lower than the national standard. The production and operation indicators of the unit have reached the advanced level of similar units in China, and it is also the first ultra-supercritical lignite burning unit of 660,000 kilowatts in China to achieve 20% load depth peak balancing and stable operation.

The project is the National Energy Administration to implement The State Council's "Three-year Plan to win the Blue Sky Defense War", promote the sustainable development of energy in Inner Mongolia, alleviate air pollution in the eastern region, enhance power supply capacity, and plan the construction of Ximeng ~ Taizhou ±800kV UHV DC transmission channel supporting power points. As a key supply guarantee project of the National Development and Reform Commission and a key supply guarantee project supervised by the National Energy Administration, with a total investment of about 5.28 billion yuan, construction began in August 2020, using the coal-power integration operation mode to build two 660,000 kilowatts of ultra-supercritical lignite indirect air cooled generator units, through the consumption of low-quality lignite more than 4 million tons/year, to achieve coal conversion and power delivery. After it is officially put into operation, it can transport 6.6 billion KWH of electricity to Jiangsu Province every year, which is equivalent to the annual electricity consumption of 2.3 million households, effectively guaranteeing the load growth needs of Jiangsu power grid, helping the high-quality economic and social development of Jiangsu, and having important strategic significance for realizing the complementary advantages of national resources, improving the level of energy security and enhancing energy supply capacity.

The project has demonstration significance in ecological environmental protection and smart power plant. In terms of environmental protection, the project uses advanced technologies such as flue gas water lifting and indirect air cooling to truly achieve the production of "zero water replenishment" in the whole plant, and the volume of flue gas water extraction reaches 1.63 million tons/year, which is the largest in the same type of units in the country. The project has built high-efficiency desulfurization, denitrification and dust removal devices, with dust removal efficiency of 99.9%, desulfurization efficiency of 99.6% and denitrification efficiency of 90.7%. In terms of wisdom, the project has a high starting point planning and high standards to build a first-class smart power plant in the country, and was awarded the "five-star Case of Power Construction smart Project in 2023". Through the application of advanced technologies such as industrial Internet, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and 5G communication, an integrated intelligent management and control platform is built to achieve unified data access, centralized information sharing, and unified management and control of intelligent applications throughout the plant.
