蒂娜水电站项目位于所罗门群岛瓜达尔卡纳尔省马兰戈区，距离首都霍尼亚拉约15公里。电站总装机为15兆瓦，年发电量为7800万千瓦时，主要工程内容包括建设一座71.3米高碾压混凝土大坝、3.3公里引水隧洞和发电厂房等。项目建成后将成为所罗门群岛最大的水电站，可满足所罗门群岛首都地区68%的电力需求，受益民众超过10万人。

中国电建于2008年进入南太平洋岛国市场，目前已在巴布亚新几内亚、斐济、所罗门群岛等国设立常驻机构。公司承建的斐济南德瑞瓦图可再生能源项目、斐济瑞瓦河供水项目、巴新格尼机场项目、巴新门迪机场项目等标志性工程为促进中国与南太平洋岛国经贸合作、助力当地经济社会发展发挥了重要作用，深受当地政府和民众好评。

The Tina hydropower project is located in Malango District, Guadalcanal Province, Solomon Islands, about 15 km from the capital Honiara. The plant has a total installed capacity of 15 megawatts and an annual generating capacity of 78 million KWH. The main project includes the construction of a 71.3 meter high RCC dam, 3.3 km diversion tunnel and power plant. When completed, the project will be the largest hydropower plant in the Solomon Islands, meeting 68% of the electricity needs of the Solomon Islands Capital Region and benefiting more than 100,000 people.
