蒸汽发生器是一回路系统的主要设备，其单体重量约330t，长14.115m，最大直径4.49m，作为传热设备用于将一回路冷却剂中的热量传至二回路的给水，使其产生用于驱动汽轮发电机的饱和蒸汽，同时作为一回路压力边界的一部分承担一回路冷却剂的压力。

为确保田湾核电站8号机组首台蒸汽发生器吊装工作顺利进行，田湾项目部协同相关参建单位通力配合，细化吊装、安装重大施工方案，通过组织召开现场日例会、专题会等形式，提前梳理蒸汽发生器吊装引入先决条件，制定详细施工计划，协调解决现场制约因素，切实把现场安全、质量、进度管理工作紧密结合，先后完成蒸汽发生器吊装模拟试验、蒸发器支承吊装就位、蒸发器引入至26米等准备工作，最终确保了8号机组首台蒸汽发生器顺利吊装就位。

The steam generator is the main equipment of the primary circuit system. The weight of the single unit is about 330t, the length is 14.115m, and the maximum diameter is 4.49m. As a heat transfer equipment, it is used to transfer the heat in the primary circuit coolant to the water supply of the second circuit, so that it can generate saturated steam for driving the turbogenerator. At the same time, the pressure of the primary coolant is assumed as part of the primary pressure boundary.

In order to ensure the smooth hoisting of the first steam generator of Unit 8 of Tianwan Nuclear Power Plant, the Tianwan Project Department cooperated with the relevant participating units to refine the major construction plans for hoisting and installation, sorted out the prerequisites for the introduction of steam generator hoisting in advance, formulated detailed construction plans and coordinated solutions to the constraints on the site through organizing and holding on-site daily meetings and special meetings. The site safety, quality and schedule management were closely combined, and the steam generator hoisting simulation test, evaporator support hoisting in place, evaporator introduction to 26 meters and other preparatory work were completed successively, and the first steam generator of Unit 8 was successfully hoisted in place.
