近期，惠州核电与广东电网顺利完成《太平岭核电厂1、2号机组并网协议》（以下简称“并网协议”）签订。根据《电网公平开放监管办法》《中国南方电网有限责任公司新建电厂并网工作管理办法》规定，电厂并网运行前需分阶段与广东电网签署《并网协议》《购售电合同》和《并网调度协议》，其中《并网协议》是惠州核电与广东电网正式签订的首个协议，也是机组并网的必要条件之一，对惠州核电长期运营安全性和经济性有重要影响。

为高质量开展《并网协议》签订工作，在生产准备责任前移的模式下，惠州核电通过涉网工作管理小组高效运行，各相关部门通力协作，自2022年以来做了充分的前期准备工作。先后完成群厂《并网协议》调研分析，研究最新政策法规变化趋势，梳理协议谈判要点，制定了针对性谈判策略，并组织召开了并网协议集团专家讨论会，集思广益，充分征求股份和群厂意见，深入分析风险和应对措施。

经过与广东电网开展多轮谈判，先后推动解决了一系列问题，为惠州核电长期运营安全性和经济性提供了有利条件。

Recently, Huizhou Nuclear Power and Guangdong Power Grid successfully completed the signing of the "Taiping Ling Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 and 2 grid-connection Agreement" (hereinafter referred to as the "grid-connection Agreement"). According to the regulations of the Regulation of Fair and Open Power Grid and the Regulation of Grid-Connection Work of China Southern Power Grid Co., LTD., the grid-connection Agreement, the Power Purchase and Sale Contract and the grid-connection Dispatching Agreement shall be signed with Guangdong Power Grid in stages before the power plant is connected to the grid. The grid-connection Agreement is the first agreement officially signed between Huizhou Nuclear Power and Guangdong Power Grid. It is also one of the necessary conditions for the unit to be connected to the grid, and has an important impact on the long-term operation safety and economy of Huizhou nuclear power plant.

In order to carry out the signing of the grid-connection Agreement with high quality, under the mode of advancing production preparation responsibility, Huizhou Nuclear Power has operated efficiently through the grid-related work management team, and all relevant departments have worked together to make full preparatory work since 2022. Completed the research and analysis of the grid-connected Agreement of the group plant, studied the latest policy and regulation change trend, sorted out the negotiation points of the agreement, formulated targeted negotiation strategies, and organized the expert discussion of the grid-connected agreement group to gather wisdom, fully solicit the opinions of the shares and the group plant, and thoroughly analyze the risks and countermeasures.

After several rounds of negotiations with Guangdong Power Grid, a series of problems have been solved, providing favorable conditions for the long-term operation safety and economy of Huizhou nuclear power plant.
