贵州百灵“天然气直供管道及分布式能源站”项目，作为公司扩能技改项目的重要配套工程，自启动以来便受到各级领导的高度重视和社会的广泛关注。该项目由贵州百灵与中石油昆仑燃气有限公司采用“上控下参”模式共同投资设立，双方携手建设贵州百灵天然气支线管道及分布式能源站，旨在进一步推动绿色能源合理应用，为公司扩能技改项目建成投产后的能源需求提供强有力的支持。

能源站项目占地面积26亩，管道长约12.6公里，管道起自中缅安顺输油气站（白岩），止于贵州百灵厂区。整个管线年天然气总输气量可达到约5亿立方米，满足公司供电、供热、供冷等需求的同时，还可将富余天然气供给安顺市大工业用户，降低贵州百灵及周边企业用气成本。

此次天然气直供管道项目正式投产后，贵州百灵分布式能源站距离全面运行将更进一步。该项目通过建设燃气轮机组、余热锅炉、蒸汽锅炉及配套辅助设备等，为厂区供电、供热、供冷，使得天然气从过去单一的燃烧供能转化为阶梯式利用供能，能源综合利用效率将从过去的35%提高到82%，能源高效利用，可实现年减排二氧化碳约33654吨、年节约标煤7567吨，充分保障公司未来产能规模大幅提升的用能需求，符合公司长远战略发展需要。

Guizhou Bailing's "Natural gas Direct supply pipeline and distributed energy station" project, as an important supporting project of the company's capacity expansion technical transformation project, has been highly valued by leaders at all levels and widely concerned by the society since its inception. The project is jointly invested and established by Guizhou Bailing and petrochina Kunlun Gas Co., Ltd. in the mode of "upper control and lower participation", and the two sides work together to build Guizhou Bailing natural gas branch pipeline and distributed energy station, aiming to further promote the rational application of green energy and provide strong support for the energy demand after the company's capacity expansion technical transformation project is completed and put into operation.

The energy station project covers an area of 26 mu, and the pipeline length is about 12.6 kilometers. The pipeline starts from China-Myanmar Anshun oil and gas transmission Station (Baiyan) and ends in Bailing Factory District, Guizhou. The total annual gas transmission capacity of the entire pipeline can reach about 500 million cubic meters, which can meet the company's demand for power supply, heating and cooling, and also supply surplus natural gas to large industrial users in Anshun City, reducing the gas cost of Bailing and surrounding enterprises in Guizhou.
After the natural gas direct supply pipeline project is officially put into operation, Guizhou Bailing distributed energy station will be further away from full operation. Through the construction of gas turbine units, waste heat boilers, steam boilers and supporting auxiliary equipment, the project provides power supply, heating and cooling for the plant area, making the natural gas from the past single combustion energy supply into the stepped use of energy supply, and the comprehensive utilization efficiency of energy will be increased from 35% to 82%. It can achieve annual emission reduction of about 33,654 tons of carbon dioxide and annual saving of 7,567 tons of standard coal, fully guaranteeing the energy demand of the company's future capacity scale, which is in line with the needs of the company's long-term strategic development.
