近期，炼化工程集团在沙特阿美Dhahran总部正式签署沙特阿美Jafurah天然气扩建三期气体压缩（GCP）项目EPC总承包合同，合同总金额22.4亿美元，其中公司合同份额9亿美元，合同工期45个月，项目计划于2028年竣工投产。自2023年10月收到招标文件，炼化工程集团组织工程建设公司参与该项目EPC报价。项目由工程建设公司与西班牙TR公司组建联合体共同执行EPC和开车服务。

沙特阿美Jafurah天然气扩建三期气体压缩（GCP）项目是沙特油气扩能增产的重点项目，地点位于沙特东部省Jafurah天然气田区域，该气田是沙特最大的非常规天然气田，预估天然气储量5.66万亿立方米。项目主要建设内容为新建三个气体压缩厂即GCP（HAZEM-6，THRY-5和THRY-9），单个GCP的处理能力为200MMSCFD（2亿标准立方英尺/日），具体包括气体预处理、气体压缩和产出水处理装置，以及配套的公用工程设施。

Recently, the refining and Chemical Engineering Group officially signed the EPC general contract of Saudi Aramco Jafurah Gas Expansion Phase III Gas compression (GCP) project at the headquarters of Saudi Aramco Dhahran, with a total contract amount of 2.24 billion US dollars, of which the company's contract share of 900 million US dollars, the contract period of 45 months, and the project is scheduled to be completed and put into operation in 2028. Since receiving the bidding document in October 2023, the Refining and Chemical Engineering Group has organized the engineering construction company to participate in the EPC quotation of the project. The project is organized by the engineering construction company and the Spanish TR company to jointly implement EPC and driving services.

The Saudi Aramco Jafurah Gas Expansion Phase III Gas Compression (GCP) project is a key project in Saudi Arabia's oil and gas capacity expansion, located in the Jafurah gas field area of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia, the largest unconventional gas field in Saudi Arabia, with estimated natural gas reserves of 5.66 trillion cubic meters. Three new gas compression plants, GCP (HAZEM-6, THRY-5 and THRY-9), each with a capacity of 200MMSCFD (200 million standard cubic feet per day), including gas pretreatment, gas compression and produced water treatment units, as well as supporting utilities.
