10月15日,大港油建公司承建的上海LNG站线扩建项目海底输气管道工程正式打火开焊。

该工程将在上海洋山港建设一条海底液化天然气输气管道,总长度57.7公里,管道直径1016毫米。工程建成后,将大幅提升上海的天然气供应能力,有效实现“削峰填谷”,保障城市的能源稳定运行,同时为长三角地区的清洁能源供应注入新的动力。

自今年3月项目筹备工作启动以来,项目团队克服重重困难,完成了业主手续审批、设计图纸审核、嵊泗风电海缆交越处理以及陆海定向钻施工等一系列前期工作。面对施工海域的极端天气挑战,遭遇了上海75年来最强台风“贝碧嘉”在内的三场台风,项目部在确保人员和设备安全的前提下,有序组织撤离和复工,展现了出色的海上风险应对能力。

在焊接工序的筹备中,项目部经过深入研究,决定采用先进的“内焊机+双枪”焊接技术,在提高效率的同时,更能保证焊接的精准度和强度。经过四个月的严格选拔和考核,焊接机组已准备就绪,为项目的顺利推进提供了坚实的技术支持。

On October 15, the submarine gas pipeline project of Shanghai LNG Station line expansion project undertaken by Dagang Oil Construction Company was officially lit and welded.

The project will build a submarine liquefied natural gas pipeline in Shanghai Yangshan Port, with a total length of 57.7 kilometers and a diameter of 1016 mm. After the completion of the project, it will greatly improve Shanghai's natural gas supply capacity, effectively achieve "peak reduction and valley filling", ensure the stable operation of the city's energy, and inject new impetus into the supply of clean energy in the Yangtze River Delta region.

Since the start of the project preparation work in March this year, the project team has overcome many difficulties and completed a series of preliminary work such as the owner's formalities approval, design drawing review, Shengsi Wind Power cable crossing processing and land-sea directional drilling construction. In the face of extreme weather challenges in the construction area, the project department was confronted with three typhoons, including the strongest typhoon in Shanghai in 75 years, "Bebika", on the premise of ensuring the safety of personnel and equipment, orderly evacuation and resumption of work, showing excellent risk response capabilities at sea.

In the preparation of the welding process, the project department, after in-depth research, decided to adopt the advanced "internal welding machine + double gun" welding technology, which can improve the efficiency and ensure the accuracy and strength of the welding. After four months of rigorous selection and assessment, the welding unit is ready, providing solid technical support for the smooth advancement of the project.
