三门核电二期工程单机组共有3套低压内缸,一套低压内缸分为上、下两个模块,是常规岛汽轮机的关键设备。低压内缸上部模块约90吨,下部模块约100吨。低压内缸制造工艺难度大、周期长、精度要求高,制造过程包含装焊、合金堆焊、无损探伤、机加工、装配、通流间隙测量等大量工序。

三门核电制造厂、监造单位始终秉持“整体·协同”理念,紧密围绕中核集团“六大控制七个零”管理目标,通过党建联建聚合力、促提升,对汽轮机主设备生产制造质量和进度管控实施全链条管理及跟踪机制。同时,积极吸取以往设备制造经验反馈,形成持续改进及验证的工作机制,确保了3号机组汽轮机主设备顺利完成交付。

There are 3 sets of low pressure inner cylinders in the second phase of Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant, and one set of low pressure inner cylinders is divided into upper and lower modules, which is the key equipment of conventional island turbine. The upper module of the low pressure inner cylinder is about 90 tons, and the lower module is about 100 tons. Low pressure inner cylinder manufacturing process is difficult, long cycle, high precision requirements, the manufacturing process includes welding, alloy surfacing, non-destructive testing, machining, assembly, flow gap measurement and many other processes.

Sanmen Nuclear Power Plant and manufacturing supervision unit always adhere to the concept of "whole · coordination", closely around the CNNC Group's "six control seven zeros" management goal, through the Party building joint construction to gather forces and promote improvement, and implement the full chain management and tracking mechanism for the production and manufacturing quality and schedule control of steam turbine main equipment.
