截至6月11日，在安全生产月期间，延安石油化工厂燃煤锅炉节能减排技术改造项目最后一台锅炉本体注水打压试验顺利完成，标志着该项目锅炉本体改造全部完成。

据悉，动力车间（本部）四台燃煤锅炉开三备一，该项目锅炉本体改造施工与锅炉生产运行同步进行，改造前期项目现场负责人与动力车间负责人积极对接，合理编制并审批锅炉本体改造方案，利用锅炉自身运行切换周期对备用锅炉进行本体改造，制定改造工序时间节点，对备用锅炉进行水冷壁让管改造，避免了因项目改造施工导致锅炉设备切换进而影响正常生产，同时也极大的缩短了项目整体施工周期。

技术质量部项目组合理优化施工方案，抢抓施工黄金期，奋力推进项目进度。截至目前，已完成3条主管线铺设、4台锅炉本体改造、4台风机就位安装、1台风机带负荷试运行、GDS系统调试、DCS系统上电下装，目前正在进行仪表电缆接线、DCS系统调试及风机风道安装等工作。

As of June 11, during the safety production month, the water injection pressure test of the last boiler body of the coal-fired boiler energy-saving emission reduction technology transformation project of Yan 'an Petrochemical Plant was successfully completed, marking the completion of the transformation of the boiler body of the project.

It is reported that the four coal-fired boilers in the power workshop (headquarters) are open for three and one, and the boiler body transformation construction of the project is carried out simultaneously with the boiler production and operation. In the early stage of the transformation, the project site leader actively docking with the person in charge of the power workshop, reasonably preparing and approving the boiler body transformation plan, using the boiler's own operation switching cycle to transform the spare boiler body, and developing the transformation process time node. The water wall tube transformation of the standby boiler avoids the boiler equipment switching caused by the project transformation construction, which affects the normal production, and also greatly shorts the overall construction period of the project.

The project team of the Technical Quality Department reasonably optimized the construction plan, seized the golden period of construction, and strived to promote the project progress. Up to now, three main lines have been laid, four boilers have been transformed, four fans have been installed in place, one fan has been on load trial run, GDS system debugging, DCS system power-on and disassembly, and work is currently being carried out such as instrument cable wiring, DCS system debugging and fan duct installation.
