2023年,中海油服聚焦中国海油增储上产“七年行动计划”任务目标,以中国海油三新三化液压修井机国产化研制项目为契机,自研国产配套装备——液压修井机,该修井机相较于相同吨位的传统机械绞车动力的海洋修井机节能比例达到50%以上。

2023年5月,中海油服自主研发的液压修井机于渤中海域完成首口井作业,与机械修井机对比该口井作业减少碳排放65吨。该液压修井机主机取消了传统修井机的井架、天车、游车、大钩、绞车等,采用液压油缸进行管柱提升下放,具有占地面积小、模块化、单模块重量轻、能耗小、结构紧凑、给进力大、传动平稳、操作简便、搬迁便捷等优点。

此外,该修井机作业范围和常规修井机相当,包括起下潜油电泵、弃井、套管修补等多种作业,并且可进行带压作业。同时,其主动力机组为一台低马力柴油机驱动的液压系统,同吨位的传统机械绞车动力的海洋修井机通常配置两台高马力柴油机或高功率电机,经计算该修井机单台年预期至少减少碳排放2236.5吨。

未来,该液压修井机将同步在马来西亚、印尼等国际市场进行应用,助力各大油田在能源开发过程中实现节能减碳。

In May 2023, the hydraulic workover rig independently developed by COSL completed its first well operation in Bozhong Sea area, reducing carbon emissions by 65 tons compared with the mechanical workover rig. The main engine of the hydraulic workover rig cancels the derrick, crane, trolley, hook and winch of the traditional workover rig, and adopts the hydraulic cylinder to lift and lower the pipe column, which has the advantages of small floor area, modularity, light weight of a single module, small energy consumption, compact structure, large feeding force, stable transmission, easy operation and convenient relocation.

In addition, the workover rig has the same operating range as the conventional workover rig, including electric submersible pump, well abandonment, casing repair and other operations, and can be operated with pressure. At the same time, its main power unit is a low-horsepower diesel engine driven hydraulic system, the same tonnage of the traditional mechanical winch powered Marine workover rig is usually equipped with two high-horsepower diesel engines or high-power motors, the calculation of the workover rig is expected to reduce carbon emissions at least 2236.5 tons per year.

In the future, the hydraulic workover machine will be simultaneously applied in Malaysia, Indonesia and other international markets to help major oil fields achieve energy conservation and carbon reduction in the process of energy development.
