10月10日上午,在浙能舟山六横液化天然气(LNG)接收站项目1号储罐建设现场,面积约1个标准足球场的千吨储罐穹顶,在数智化“硬核科技”助力下被平稳“吹”升,与储罐承压环精准贴合。至此,该项目4座LNG储罐气顶升作业完美收官,储罐从土建阶段转入内罐安装。

气顶升是利用储罐封闭空间和罐外的内外压力差原理,将储罐的穹顶和铝吊顶从底部缓慢提升至储罐顶部安装位置,整个过程相当于给储罐戴上一顶重达千吨的“钢帽”。本次气顶升拱顶跨度为90.2米,高14.6米,上升高度41.3米,约14层楼高度。

为确保“钢帽”升起均衡平稳,浙能舟山六横LNG接收站使用了“硬核科技”——数智化顶升系统。该系统主要依托遍布罐体的“神经”——传感器,实时收集风压、平衡钢丝绳的拉力值以及顶升方位和速度等信息,并通过三维可视化智控软件,实现风压智能控制、拱顶智能配重、顶升方位智能纠偏等功能,大幅减少了人工操作可能带来的误差,让整个气顶升过程精准、智能、安全。

该项目还在浙江地区首次应用了密封装置改良工法与专利,助力“钢帽”佩戴严丝合缝。通过运用《大型低温储罐拱顶气顶升密封装置改良安装施工工法》《一种大型低温储罐拱顶气顶升密封装置实用新型专利》,对气顶升密封装置进行了优化,减少了边缘密封的漏风量,大大提高效率。“密封装置改良工法使用后,就像是专门为‘钢帽’量身定制了高科技‘防护服’,紧密贴合在‘钢帽’与储罐之间,能有效隔绝外界水分、空气,还能在温度波动、压力变化等恶劣环境下保持密封稳定性能。”六横LNG工程部负责人介绍说。

Gas jacking is to use the principle of internal and external pressure difference between the closed space of the storage tank and the outside of the tank to slowly lift the dome and aluminum ceiling of the storage tank from the bottom to the installation position of the top of the storage tank, and the whole process is equivalent to wearing a "steel cap" weighing 1,000 tons to the storage tank. The span of the air ceiling lifting vault is 90.2 meters, the height is 14.6 meters, the height is 41.3 meters, about the height of 14 floors.

In order to ensure a balanced and stable lifting of the "steel cap", Zhejiang NENG Zhoushan Liuheng LNG Receiving Station uses a "hard technology" - a number of intelligent jacking system. The system mainly relies on the "nerve" - sensor all over the tank, real-time collection of wind pressure, balance wire rope tension value and jacking azimuth and speed and other information, and through the three-dimensional visualization intelligent control software, to achieve intelligent wind pressure control, vault intelligent weight, jacking azimuth intelligent correction and other functions, greatly reducing the error caused by manual operation. Make the whole gas ceiling rise process accurate, intelligent and safe.

The project also applied the improved construction method and patent of the sealing device for the first time in Zhejiang, helping the "steel cap" to wear a tight seam. By using the method of "Improved installation and construction of large-sized low-temperature storage tank arch gas-lift sealing device" and "Utility model patent for large-sized low-temperature storage tank arch gas-lift sealing device", the gas-lift sealing device is optimized, the air leakage of edge seal is reduced, and the efficiency is greatly improved. "After the use of the improved construction method of the sealing device, it is like a high-tech 'protective suit' tailored specifically for the 'steel cap', which is closely fitted between the 'steel cap' and the storage tank, which can effectively isolate the external moisture and air, and also maintain the stability of the seal in harsh environments such as temperature fluctuations and pressure changes."
