万钢表示,我们国家商用车的碳排放占道路、交通总量52%以上,(氢燃料电池)电动汽车是降低长途重载商用车排放的一个重要方式。2022年我们通过“科技冬奥”验证了燃料电池汽车在寒冬季情况下,规模化运行以及用“绿电”的可行性,也就是用光伏、风电来制氢用氢的技术应用的经济性。 2020年,四部门启动了氢能和燃料电池汽车城市群以及“氢进万家”等科技示范工程,这些都取得了积极进展。目前,我国燃料电池的累计推广量已经达到2.1万辆,示范运行覆盖了城市、物流、运输、工程、港口、园区等多元化场景。 万钢表示,现在燃料电池示范运行已经跨越了十几个省,在城市群示范上起到了很好的效应。正是在这种规模化示范下,氢能燃料电池关键核心技术加速突破、成本下降十分显著。燃料电池关键技术的研发、产业化推进,使燃料电池系统八大零部件基本实现了自主突破。 “经过多年运行,2023年燃料电池系统的成本相对于2020年之前的成本已经从15000元/千瓦降低到3000元/千瓦,降幅达到80%;电堆功率密度也提高一倍以上,从过去50千瓦/公斤提高到现在100千瓦/公斤。”万钢强调。 Wan Gang said that the carbon emissions of commercial vehicles in our country account for more than 52% of the total road and traffic, and (hydrogen fuel cell) electric vehicles are an important way to reduce emissions of long-distance and heavy-duty commercial vehicles.
