三年来，华新燃气集团纵深推进集团化管控、专业化重组，打造勘探开发、管网输配、终端利用、储气调峰、综合服务五大业务板块，构筑了上中下游一体化产业格局，形成了博采众长、兼容并蓄、开放包容、独具特色的华新文化。华新燃气集团持续深化三项制度改革，全面完成“六定”改革，纵深推进燃气销售体制改革，打造了5大省级数字化管理系统，建设10大科技创新平台。2023年，华新燃气集团全面加强成本管控，不断优化融资结构，企业“瘦身健体”成效显著。联合完成煤与煤层气共采全国重点实验室重组，推进科研项目16个，获得省级科学技术奖8项，取得授权专利63项。数字化建设完成163座站场（厂）数据并网，实现3个重点区域数据与安全生产指挥中心的互联互通。与多家中央企业签订合作协议，与一批行业优秀企业建立深度合作，煤层气开发企业新疆项目落地实施，为全国煤层气产业贡献力量。扎实筑牢安全底线，强化安全检查、隐患整治，圆满完成年度56项重点任务，236座基层站场A级达标。强化资金风险防范、企业合规管理及审计监督，形成了风险——内控——合规“三位一体”风险风控体系。强化党建与生产经营实现深度融合，党建引领推动作用显著。华新燃气集团资产总额增长200余亿元，资产负债率下降近3个百分点，经营质效实现稳步提升。

In the past three years, Huaxin Gas Group has deeply promoted group management and control and professional reorganization, created five business segments of exploration and development, pipeline transmission and distribution, terminal utilization, gas storage and peak regulation, and comprehensive service, built an integrated industrial pattern of upper, middle and downstream, and formed a unique Huaxin culture that draws on the strengths of all, is inclusive, open and inclusive.
