作为承担山西燃气产业重要发展使命的省属大型企业,华新燃气集团重组三年以来,坚持做强做大燃气主业,上游持续加大煤层气增储上产力度,2023年煤层气产量同比增长12%,三年累计实现增长近42%;中游不断优化燃气管网布局,形成了“纵穿南北、横贯东西的“三纵十二横”管网结构,基本实现上游资源全接收、中游管网全联通、下游市场全覆盖的管网格局;下游全方位拓市增量,2023年销气量同比增加3.54亿方,连续三年实现大幅增长。

三年来,华新燃气集团纵深推进集团化管控、专业化重组,打造勘探开发、管网输配、终端利用、储气调峰、综合服务五大业务板块,构筑了上中下游一体化产业格局,形成了博采众长、兼容并蓄、开放包容、独具特色的华新文化。华新燃气集团持续深化三项制度改革,全面完成“六定”改革,纵深推进燃气销售体制改革,打造了5大省级数字化管理系统,建设10大科技创新平台。2023年,华新燃气集团全面加强成本管控,不断优化融资结构,企业“瘦身健体”成效显著。联合完成煤与煤层气共采全国重点实验室重组,推进科研项目16个,获得省级科学技术奖8项,取得授权专利63项。数字化建设完成163座站场(厂)数据并网,实现3个重点区域数据与安全生产指挥中心的互联互通。与多家中央企业签订合作协议,与一批行业优秀企业建立深度合作,煤层气开发企业新疆项目落地实施,为全国煤层气产业贡献力量。扎实筑牢安全底线,强化安全检查、隐患整治,圆满完成年度56项重点任务,236座基层站场A级达标。强化资金风险防范、企业合规管理及审计监督,形成了风险——内控——合规“三位一体”风险风控体系。强化党建与生产经营实现深度融合,党建引领推动作用显著。华新燃气集团资产总额增长200余亿元,资产负债率下降近3个百分点,经营质效实现稳步提升。
