近日,由中国船舶集团上海船舶研究设计院设计、南通中集太平洋海洋工程有限公司为加拿大Seaspan ULC公司建造的系列7600立方米液化天然气(LNG)加注船2号船正式下水。该系列船共建造3艘,首制船已进入码头系泊试验阶段,计划今年下半年完工交付。 该船挂加拿大旗,入级法国船级社(BV),计划于2024年年内交付。该船采用了可整体拆卸维护的全回转电力推进器,极大提高了后期维护保养的便捷性。与此同时,还预留了动力电池的安装位置及接口,并配备了深冷装置、可回收货物蒸发器,与蒸发气气体燃烧方式相比可有效减少货损,降低碳排放。 该船还采用了独特加注设计,在舯部与艏部均配置了加注站,舯部加注站采用了左右舷不同高度的布置,拥有更加灵活的加注兼容性。 未来,上船院将继续致力于LNG、甲醇、氨等清洁能源应用研究,助力我国“碳达峰、碳中和”目标的实现以及全球航运业的脱碳转型。 Recently, the Series 7,600 cubic meter liquefied natural gas (LNG) refueling vessel 2, designed by China State Shipbuilding Corporation Shanghai Ship Research and Design Institute and built by Nantong CIMC Ocean Engineering Co., Ltd. for Seaspan ULC of Canada, was officially launched. The ship adopts a full-rotating electric propeller that can be completely disassembled and maintained, which greatly improves the convenience of later maintenance. At the same time, the installation position and interface of the power battery are also reserved, and the deep-cooling device is equipped with a recyclable cargo evaporator, which can effectively reduce cargo damage and reduce carbon emissions compared with the evaporative gas combustion method. The ship also features a unique refueling design with refueling stations in both midship and bow, which are arranged at different heights on the left and right sides for more flexible refueling compatibility.
