H1835A试航临时党支部成立后，党支部发挥了重要的战斗堡垒作用，引领着整个试航团队向着目标奋勇前进。党建引领是参与试航各部门精诚合作的重要组织制度保障，面对“二合一”试航极为繁重的任务以及密集衔接的各试验流程，各部门团结在党旗下奋斗，紧密协作、相互信任、无私奉献。为了确保试航工作顺利进行，试航临时党支部反复探讨、精心编制试航计划，每一个环节以及各环节之间的衔接都经过深思熟虑，确保万无一失。比如：利用出发当天潮水期为凌晨5点的时段，尽早开展主机燃气模式转气的相关试验，总体规划上要利用出发较早的时间窗口保证测速试验在进入气站前全部完成，以此目标倒推，就有很多前置项目要提前完成项目提交。

面对繁杂、紧张，看似不可能完成的试验任务，临时党支部书记、公司LNG船总建造师何江华主持召开试航前的动员和布置会，强调试航团队要未雨绸缪、拼搏进取、团结协作，每个人都要把工作做到细致，要肩负起自己的责任。何江华对试航的每一个环节以及其要点、难点进行深入分析和部署，详细讲解试验操作期间的要领，确保试航每一步操作的科学性和安全性，并对干部员工提出的疑问一一解答，进一步坚定大家试航的信心和决心。大家纷纷表示，要以高度的责任感和使命感投入到试航工作中，各部门同志之间精诚合作、充分信任，确保任务圆满完成。
