福建漳州液化天然气（LNG）接收站项目防波堤及码头工程位于福建省漳州市龙海市隆教畲族乡兴古湾北侧。主要建设内容包括新建一座呈反“L”形布置、全长1380米的防波堤，以及LNG装卸码头、工作船码头、火炬平台与相应配套设施等三个单体工程。项目总投资8.8亿，监理合同结算额1364万元。项目工程从2019年开工，2022年竣工历经四年，在南华公司的领导下，项目监理部人员团结奋博，艰苦前进，克服了层层困难高质量完成了该项目各项任务。

该项目建设期间获得福建省2021年和2022年度公路水运工程“平安工地”省级示范项目，以及2022年度中交集团的“平安工地”称号。此外，项目的工程质量也备受认可，荣获2023年度水运交通优质工程奖。

The breakwater and wharf of Fujian Zhangzhou Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) receiving Station project are located at the north side of Xinggu Bay, Longjiao She Nationality Township, Longhai City, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. The main construction content includes the construction of a new "L" shaped layout, a total length of 1380 meters of breakwater, as well as LNG loading and unloading dock, working boat dock, torch platform and corresponding supporting facilities, three individual projects. The total investment of the project is 880 million yuan, and the settlement of the supervision contract is 13.64 million yuan. The project started in 2019 and completed in 2022 after four years, under the leadership of Nanhua Company, the staff of the project Supervision Department united and worked hard to advance, overcoming layers of difficulties and completing the tasks of the project with high quality.

During the construction of the project, it won the provincial-level demonstration project of "Safe Site" of highway and water transportation project in Fujian Province in 2021 and 2022, and the title of "Safe Site" of China Communications Group in 2022. In addition, the engineering quality of the project was also recognized and won the 2023 Water Transport Quality Project Award.
