“绿能瀛”号LNG运输船于今年5月28日在上海沪东船厂正式交付，在交付前已采用氮气填充保压并保持常温状态，该状态下如果直接接卸LNG会因为舱温骤降，导致船舱剧烈形变，造成船体破坏。因此，船方需要开展气体置换和冷舱作业，即通过LNG接收站提供小流量的LNG反输至船上，船方使用LNG将船舱内氮气置换成天然气并将舱内温度缓慢降至-130℃以下，以实现LNG的正常装卸。就好比直接往常温的矿泉水瓶里面倒入冰水，瓶子会变形。此时需要少量注入冰水，让瓶身适应低温，之后再往里注入冰水。

为保障冷舱作业顺利完成，宁波“绿能港”和气电集团资源与市场部提前组织专人前往上海沪东造船厂登船考察，对接船舶运管团队，经过详细讨论后制定了作业方案。

本次作业得到了宁波海事局、宁波海关、宁波边检、宁波港航、宁波舟山港集团等职能部门的大力支持，确保船舶到港“零等待”作业、离港“零延时”放行，为“绿能瀛”号安全靠离泊保驾护航。通过各方的共同努力，“绿能瀛”号在高质量达成既定作业目标后顺利扬帆起航开赴马来西亚，将绿色清洁能源运回国内，为保障国内能源安全稳定供应注入新动能。

The LNG carrier "Green Energy Ying" was officially delivered at Hudong Shipyard in Shanghai on May 28 this year. Before delivery, nitrogen was used to fill the pressure and keep it at room temperature. Under this condition, if the LNG was directly connected and unloaded, the cabin temperature would plummet, resulting in severe deformation of the cabin and hull damage. Therefore, the ship needs to carry out gas replacement and cold tank operations, that is, the LNG receiving station provides a small flow of LNG to the ship, the ship uses LNG to replace the nitrogen in the cabin with natural gas and slowly reduce the temperature in the cabin to below -130℃, so as to realize the normal loading and unloading of LNG. Just like pouring ice water directly into a normal temperature mineral water bottle, the bottle will be deformed. A small injection of ice water is needed to acclimate the bottle to the cold temperature, and then fill it with ice water.

In order to ensure the smooth completion of the cold cabin operation, the resources and Marketing Department of Ningbo "Green Energy Port" and gas Power Group organized special personnel to board the ship in Shanghai Hudong Shipyard in advance, docking the ship management team, and formulated the operation plan after detailed discussion.

This operation has been strongly supported by the Ningbo Maritime Safety Bureau, Ningbo Customs, Ningbo Border inspection, Ningbo Port and Navigation, Ningbo Zhoushan Port Group and other functional departments to ensure that the ship arrives at the port "zero waiting" operation, "zero delay" release from the port, and escort the "Green Energy Ying" safe berth. Through the joint efforts of all parties, the "Green Energy Ying" successfully set sail for Malaysia after achieving the set operational goals with high quality, transporting green and clean energy back to China, and injecting new momentum into ensuring the security and stable supply of domestic energy.
