6月1日，沪东中华造船为安徽长江天然气有限责任公司量身定制的江海直达型14000立方米LNG加注船成功完成气体试航，停靠长兴零号基地码头，标志沪东中华造船在LNG船舶设计和建造领域又迈出坚实步伐，LNG产业链“链长”的示范引领效应进一步增强，为“气化长江”提供强有力的装备支撑。

该船采用沪东中华造船完全自主知识产权的设计，入级中国船级社。作为国产核心LNG船装备配套示范项目，该船承载着国产首台套LD压缩机、低温泵、深冷装置等十几型首次实船化应用的设备，国产化率高达80%以上。试航团队未雨绸缪，在实施过程中，强化党建引领，发挥党组织战斗堡垒作用，在气体试航期间，试航团队展现极高的专业素养和团队精神，密切协作、不分昼夜、连续作战，协同各个国产化设备厂家克服一系列技术难题，推动各项试验任务有序进行，确保气体试航任务安全完成。

值得一提的是，该船采用沪东中华造船自主研发设计的B型围护系统货舱，在此次气体试航中表现出良好的性能，安全性、保温性和可靠性均得到有效验证，为气体试航成功打下坚实基础。

On June 1, Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding successfully completed the gas trial of the 14,000 cubic meters LNG refueling vessel tailored by Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding for Anhui Changjiang Natural Gas Co., LTD., and docked at Changxing Zero Base dock, marking another solid step by Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding in the field of LNG ship design and construction. The demonstration and leading effect of the "chain length" of the LNG industry chain has been further enhanced, providing strong equipment support for the "gasification of the Yangtze River".

The ship adopts the design of Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding with completely independent intellectual property rights and is classified into China Classification Society. As a domestic core LNG carrier equipment supporting demonstration project, the ship carries the first set of LD compressor, cryogenic pump, cryogenic cooling device and more than ten types of equipment for the first real ship application, and the localization rate is as high as 80%. During the implementation process, the trial team will strengthen the leadership of party building and play the role of party organization fighting fortress. During the gas trial, the trial team will show high professionalism and team spirit, cooperate closely, fight continuously day and night, cooperate with various domestic equipment manufacturers to overcome a series of technical problems and promote the orderly conduct of various test tasks. Ensure the safe completion of gas trial tasks.

It is worth mentioning that the ship uses the B-type enclosure system cargo compartment independently developed and designed by Hudong Zhonghua Shipbuilding, which has shown good performance in the gas trial, and its safety, insulation and reliability have been effectively verified, laying a solid foundation for the success of the gas trial.
