泸203H66平台是四川页岩气公司首个“增压+气举”一机多用实验平台,增压机组于2024年5月投入正式运行,可同时实现气举和增压功能,降低老井生产成本。通过对气井、压缩机生产数据详细分析,发现机组缸体设计不能较好地匹配气井生产工况,制约了机组整体能力的发挥,限制了气井增产效果。 为及时匹配页岩气井动态变化工况,充分发挥气井产量,四川页岩气公司积极与技术专家、压缩机厂家对接,开展深入交流,突破惯性思维,提出利用已建设设备基础、动力系统、冷区系统及主体工艺结构进行现场“换缸”思路与实验方案,对原增压机组压缩缸进行动态适应性改造。通过优化施工组织,整个施工过程仅用了4天时间,6月18日,缸体更换后的增压机组顺利投运,平台气井输压较缸体更换前降低约0.8兆帕,平台产量提升约3万方/天,达到预期目标。 与传统增压机组适应性改造、更换不同压缩机适应页岩气老井中后期生产相比,“换缸”方式避免了重新组织设备带来的设备基础整改、设备转运等复杂工序,降低了改造成本。 The Filter 203H66 platform is the first multi-purpose test platform of "supercharging + gas lift" in Sichuan Shale Gas Company. The supercharger unit was put into official operation in May 2024, which can realize the function of gas lift and supercharging at the same time, and reduce the production cost of old Wells. Through the detailed analysis of the production data of gas well and compressor, it is found that the cylinder block design of the unit can not match the production condition of the gas well, which restricts the whole capacity of the unit and limits the stimulation effect of the gas well. In order to match the dynamic changing conditions of shale gas Wells in time and give full play to the output of gas Wells, Sichuan Shale Gas Company actively interacted with technical experts and compressor manufacturers, carried out in-depth exchanges, broke through inertia thinking, and proposed the idea and experimental scheme of "cylinder changing" on site by using the built equipment foundation, power system, cold zone system and main process structure. The compression cylinder of the original booster unit is dynamically adapted. By optimizing the construction organization, the whole construction process only took 4 days. On June 18, the booster unit after the replacement of the cylinder block was successfully put into operation, and the pressure delivery of the platform gas well was reduced by about 0.8 mpa compared with that before the replacement of the cylinder block, and the platform output was increased by about 30,000 square meters/day, reaching the expected goal. Compared with the traditional booster unit, the adaptive transformation and replacement of different compressors to adapt to the middle and late production of shale gas old Wells, the "cylinder change" method avoids complex processes such as equipment foundation rectification and equipment transfer brought about by re-organization of equipment, and reduces the transformation cost. |
