截至6月17日，青海油田今年新投产天然气井24口，产量达到1071万立方米，配产符合率达到125.1%，投产效果好于预期。

今年年初以来，青海油田严控措施费用及其他开发成本，确保天然气开发既有量的增长，又有效益提升。

突出天然气效益建产，青海油田坚持系统思维，加强“勘探与开发、地质与工程、技术与经济、管理与效益、地面与地下”五个一体化统筹部署，按照效益排队，实现产能建设效益最大化。重点针对涩北气田水侵区、非主力层等实施挖潜，确保主力气田持续稳产。目前，青海油田天然气产能建设开钻32口井，完钻31口井。

受低压、出砂、出水的影响，青海油田天然气开发问题井增多，气井对维护等方面的需求增加。为保持稳产，气田的措施维护工作量、费用在持续升高。对此，青海油田以“提有效、降成本”为主线，合理优化措施，实现降本增效、“双率”稳定。

青海油田强化措施论证，优选高产措施，今年前5个月完成各项措施440井次，有效率达89.6%，增气2.1亿立方米，有效率同比提升4.4个百分点。同时，对标控递减方案，以层组为治理单元，今年前5个月完成各类维护工作8.69万井次，有效率达91.9%，增气1.75亿立方米。

In Sebei gas field, the potential of water invasion area and non-main layer will be explored to ensure the continuous and stable production of the main gas field. At present, the natural gas production capacity of Qinghai oilfield has started drilling 32 Wells and completed drilling 31 Wells.

Under the influence of low pressure, sand production and water discharge, the number of natural gas development problems in Qinghai oilfield has increased, and the demand for maintenance of natural gas Wells has increased. In order to maintain stable production, the maintenance workload and cost of gas fields continue to increase. In this regard, Qinghai oilfield takes "improving efficiency and reducing cost" as the main line, and rationally optimizes measures to achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase and "double rate" stability.

In the first five months of this year, 440 Wells of various measures were completed, with an effective rate of 89.6%, and 210 million cubic meters of gas was increased, with an effective rate of 4.4 percentage points higher than that of last year. At the same time, for the standard control decline program, with the layer group as the treatment unit, the first five months of this year completed various maintenance work 86,900 Wells, the efficiency reached 91.9%, and the gas increase was 175 million cubic meters.
