近日，为进一步规范燃气行业服务收费行为，切实维护消费者合法权益，镇原县市场监管局立足监管职责，开展了燃气领域价格收费专项监督检查行动。

本次专项检查活动，主要从燃气收费价格政策执行情况、收费公示和明码标价三个方面开展专项监督检查，重点检查燃气企业是否存在利用行业优势限制竞争、串通价格、垄断经营牟取高额利润，是否存在变相收取国家或地方明令取消的收费项目等违法违规行为。

通过此次专项检查工作，进一步加强了与燃气企业之间的沟通，强化了燃气销售企业执行收费政策的法律意识，确保国家收费政策落到实处。同时，就群众投诉问题较为集中的焦点问题，通过约谈企业负责人和签订《价格提醒告诫书》等方式，督促企业切实做好价格自律，有效履行企业社会责任，全面规范经营行为，主动向用户普及燃气销售价格政策、服务内容、燃气使用规范等相关知识，为燃气行业健康有序发展作出了积极贡献。

下一步，镇原县市场监管局将继续加大价格检查和巡查力度，规范收费和价格公示行为，依法查处变相提高价格以及串通涨价等价格违法行为，切实维护燃气市场秩序，让用户明明白白消费，放放心心用气。
