中国船舶大连造船为MSC地中海航运建造的LNG双燃料集装箱船10号船、11号船加注方案顺利通过集团公司专家组评审，为该项目后续开展LNG燃料加注工作创造了良好条件。

LNG双燃料16000TEU集装箱船采用大连造船自主设计建造、具有自主知识产权的13000立方米B型LNG燃料舱，按照相关要求需对LNG加注作业方案进行内审、外审和集团公司专家评审等多层次多阶段的安全管理、业务流程等方面的评审工作。此前，大连造船已经顺利通过内审和外审。本次集团公司专家组评审过程中，专家组现场勘察了实船生产进展和2-17区系泊码头的加注现场，听取了项目基本情况、B型舱加注策划方案、相关安全风险分析和应对措施以及此前开展LNG燃料加注内审、外审总体情况的汇报，详细询问了该项目加注组织机构、加注方案、LNG槽车加注程序、现场管控、安全措施和应急预案等具体开展情况，根据专家组形成的评审意见，大连造船相关部门逐条进行列表跟踪并据此优化加注方案。

通过充分沟通交流，专家组认为，大连造船对本次评审工作准备充分，评审文件和资料齐全，内容完整，符合评审要求并顺利通过专家评审。

The 16000TEU LNG dual-fuel container ship adopts the 13000m3 B-type LNG fuel tank independently designed and built by Dalian Shipbuilding and has independent intellectual property rights. In accordance with relevant requirements, the LNG refueling operation plan needs to conduct multi-level and multi-stage safety management and business process review, including internal audit, external audit and expert review of the group company. Previously, Dalian Shipbuilding has successfully passed the internal audit and external audit. During the review process of the Group's expert group, the expert group surveyed the production progress of the real ship and the refueling site of the mooring terminal in area 2-17, listened to the basic situation of the project, the planning plan for the refueling of type B tank, the relevant safety risk analysis and countermeasures, and the overall situation of the internal and external audit of LNG fuel refueling previously carried out. The filling organization, filling plan, LNG tanker filling procedure, on-site control, safety measures and emergency plans of the project were asked in detail. According to the eva luation opinions formed by the expert group, the relevant departments of Dalian Shipbuilding followed up the list one by one and optimized the filling plan accordingly.

Through full communication and exchange, the expert group believes that Dalian Shipbuilding is fully prepared for the review work, the review documents and materials are complete, the content is complete, and it meets the requirements of the review and successfully passed the expert review.
