今年，油田公司所属横山采油厂牢牢把握“实干为先、改革为要、合规为基”工作主线，坚持党建引领，锚定“扩油”上产目标，突出成本管控，统筹产、储、运、销各环节高效运行。截至3月28日，横山采油厂完成一季度原油生产任务的100.34%，年度任务的25.27%，提前3天夺得首季“开门红”。

年初该厂召开工作会，细化各项任务指标和时间节点，全厂上下锚定目标主动担使命、领任务，围绕原油生产中心工作，坚持“老井稳产、新井投产，技措增产、管理促产”多向发力，以月保季、以季保年，为打赢稳产上产攻坚战奠定坚实基础。截至目前，该厂水平井顺利开钻，技改挖潜稳步开展，恢复关停井30口。精细注水方面严把水质水量关，开展技术与生产部门联合现场调研，同步推进井上与井下措施，协同提高注水质量和效果，注水完成率控制在98%-103%。

与此同时，该厂充分发挥管理推动和保障作用，扎实开展油水井普查、油井计量、计划性检修等工作。目前，35口油井完成计划性检修，故障维修及时跟进，采油时率达96.6%，并坚持开展生产运行周例会，执行工作任务“限时办结”，严格落实安全生产管理责任制，定期开展安全检查、安全培训，为原油生产工作筑牢安全屏障，有效提高生产效率。

Up to now, the horizontal well of the plant has been successfully drilled, the technical transformation and potential exploitation have been carried out steadily, and 30 Wells have been resumed and shut down. In the aspect of fine water injection, the water quality and quantity are strictly controlled, joint field research is carried out between the technical and production departments, and in-situ and underground measures are synchronously promoted to improve the quality and effect of water injection, and the completion rate of water injection is controlled at 98%-103%.

At the same time, the plant gives full play to the role of management promotion and support, and solidly carries out oil and water well survey, oil well measurement, planned maintenance and other work. At present, 35 oil Wells have completed scheduled maintenance, failure maintenance is followed up in time, and the oil recovery rate is 96.6%, and adhere to the implementation of weekly production and operation meetings, the implementation of work tasks "within the time limit", strictly implement the safety production management responsibility system, regularly carry out safety inspections and safety training, to build a solid safety barrier for crude oil production work, and effectively improve production efficiency.
