3月28日,绿色航运项目组清远连江口LNG船舶加注站项目顺利通过机械完工验收检查,标志着中国海油首座岸基式LNG船舶加注站取得关键进展,正式进入投产倒计时阶段。届时,该站将为广东省内首批300艘改造后的LNG动力船舶提供燃料加注服务,为推动绿色航运和LNG产业链的发展提供新动力。 2020年5月,中国海油与广东省政府、中国船舶在京签署《广东省内河船舶LNG动力改造项目合作框架协议》,共同推进内河船舶“油改气”进程,助力广东船舶行业高质量发展,清远连江口LNG船舶加注站作为首批投资建设的内河LNG船舶加注站之一,是践行习近平生态文明思想的重要举措,是因地制宜推动能源低碳转型、发展新质生产力的具体行动,对全面提升我国绿色航运产业高质量发展具有重要意义。 清远连江口LNG船舶加注站建设2个1000吨级加注泊位,陆域设置2座箱式LNG船舶加注装置,总容量120立方米,设计加注能力为1.9万吨每年,预计每年可减少二氧化碳排放1.8万吨,相当于种植4万棵成年树。项目建成后,将有力推动“气化珠江”项目整体进展,加快珠江流域LNG动力船舶改造速度,促进绿色航运产业快速发展。 岸基式LNG船舶加注站虽然国内起步已久,但在北江流域乃至大湾区范围内都未有建成案例。项目自立项以来,绿色航运项目组超前谋划,主动布局,精心组织安排部署,克服无先例参考、无经验可循的困难,积极争取到广东省各级政府三十多家单位支持,成功拿下十余项专项批复,为项目的合规建设奠定扎实的基础。 接下来,气电集团将积极推动航运业绿色低碳转型,因地制宜发展新质生产力,为广东省打造“美丽湾区”工程注入中国海油绿色动力,为海洋强国、美丽中国建设贡献更多力量。 On March 28, the Qingyuan Lianjiang Estuary LNG ship filling station project of the Green Shipping Project team successfully passed the mechanical completion acceptance inspection, marking the key progress of CNOOC's first shore-based LNG ship filling station and officially entering the countdown stage of production. Qingyuan Lianjiang Port LNG vessel refueling station construction of 2 1,000-ton refueling berths, land set up 2 tank LNG vessel refueling equipment, a total capacity of 120 cubic meters, designed refueling capacity of 19,000 tons per year, is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions of 18,000 tons per year, equivalent to planting 40,000 adult trees. After the completion of the project, it will strongly promote the overall progress of the "gasification of the Pearl River" project, speed up the transformation of LNG powered ships in the Pearl River Basin, and promote the rapid development of the green shipping industry. Although shore-based LNG refueling stations have been started for a long time in China, no cases have been built in the Beijiang River basin and even in the Greater Bay Area. Since the project's independence, the green Shipping project group has planned ahead, actively laid out, carefully organized and arranged the deployment, overcome the difficulties of no precedent reference and no experience to follow, actively won the support of more than 30 units of governments at all levels in Guangdong Province, and successfully won more than 10 special approvals, laying a solid foundation for the compliance construction of the project.
