创新管理模式，助力油田增储上产

日前，该区块高产油井WB2-6H井突然不出油。河南油田勘探开发研究院派驻到该区块的技术人员贺子潇立即到现场核实资料，分析制定措施，并安排作业队连夜施工。经过12个小时奋战，该井及时恢复正常生产。

今年以来，为发挥科技对原油生产的支撑作用，河南油田要求下属勘探开发研究院、石油工程技术研究院两家科研单位安排技术人员进驻生产现场，跟踪油水井生产情况，及时提供技术指导。

为防止派驻人员和管理、操作人员的工作出现“两张皮”现象，河南油田在该区块创新三位一体管理模式，针对重点工作、难点问题，管理、技术和操作人员共同研究解决，实施“利益共享、责任共担”考核机制，合力解决问题，助力增储上产。实施新的管理模式后，该区块处置异常问题的效率、分析油水井动态资料的能力水平大幅提升，老井日增油3吨以上，累计增油量超400吨。

Recently, the high-producing well WB2-6H in this block suddenly stopped producing oil. He Zixiao, a technical staff dispatched to the block by the Research Institute of Exploration and Development of Henan Oilfield, immediately went to the scene to verify information, analyze and formulate measures, and arranged an operation team for overnight construction. After 12 hours of hard work, the well returned to normal production in time.

Since the beginning of this year, in order to give play to the supporting role of science and technology for crude oil production, Henan Oilfield requires two scientific research units under the Research Institute of Exploration and Development and the Research Institute of Petroleum Engineering Technology to arrange technical personnel to enter the production site, track the production of oil and water Wells, and provide technical guidance in a timely manner.

In order to prevent the "two skins" phenomenon in the work of stationed personnel and management and operation personnel, Henan Oilfield innovated the trinity management model in this block, aimed at key work and difficult problems, management, technology and operation personnel jointly studied and solved, implemented the "benefit sharing and responsibility sharing" assessment mechanism, and worked together to solve problems and help increase storage and production. After the implementation of the new management model, the efficiency of handling abnormal problems and the ability to analyze the dynamic data of oil and water Wells in the block have been greatly improved, and the old well has gained more than 3 tons of oil per day, and the cumulative oil increase has exceeded 400 tons.
