连日来，青海油田深入学习领会集团公司2024年年中工作会议精神，认清当前油田所处的“四期叠加”螺旋上升阶段，直面勘探开发对象日趋复杂隐蔽的严峻挑战，大力推进“争当标杆旗帜，勇担责任使命”主题劳动竞赛，以赛促干，锚定“1346”规划目标，坚持“八个不动摇”，助推油气和新能源融合发展再上新台阶。

勘探把“龙头”，赛出增储驱动力

今年年初以来，青海油田坚持“1+3+10+N”高效勘探工作思路，推动煤型气、油型气、生物气“三驾马车”并驾齐驱，在风险勘探、天然气、页岩油领域取得新进展。截至目前，柴6-2井、峁平3井、跃北1井等12口井喜获工业油流，英雄岭页岩油实现新箱体突破，柴20井揭示了新的断缝体油藏。昆特依基岩气藏再添“生力军”，昆2-2井经大规模酸化压裂后，近期产量持续表现良好。截至目前，昆特依区块已累计产气3亿立方米，为青海油田进军深层超深层领域蹚出了新路。

开发强“中坚”，赛出上产好势头

青海油田原油开发注重效益优先，聚焦“四大工程”，制定“2451”实施路径，突出老区精细研究，围绕“控制递减率、提高采收率”两条主线，深化实施“压舱石工程”。今年前7个月，油田原油产量同比增加2.83万吨，自然递减和综合递减分别下降3.55、1.93个百分点，原油日产始终保持在6600吨以上。天然气开发注重顶层设计，加大“精耕细作”力度，建立“1+2+N”油田公司级“压舱石”模式，强化老井稳产、新井提产、措施增产、工程保产四项工作，突出“一井一策”。截至目前，实现措施维护增气7.46亿立方米，产能建设配产符合率达118%。

Exploration puts the "head" and races out the driving force for increasing storage

Since the beginning of this year, Qinghai Oilfield has adhered to the idea of "1+3+10+N" efficient exploration work, promoted the "troika" of coal gas, oil gas and biological gas, and made new progress in the fields of risk exploration, natural gas and shale oil. Up to now, 12 Wells such as Chai 6-2, MAO Ping 3 and Yubei 1 have gained industrial oil flow, Yingxiong Ling shale oil has achieved a new box breakthrough, and Chai 20 has revealed a new fractured reservoir. Kunte base rock gas reservoir added "new force". After large-scale acidizing and fracturing, the recent production of Kunte 2-2 well continued to perform well. Up to now, the Kunteyi block has produced 300 million cubic meters of gas, which has waded out a new way for Qinghai oilfield to enter deep and ultra-deep fields.

Develop strong "stalwarts", race out to produce good momentum

The crude oil development of Qinghai oilfield pays attention to the priority of efficiency, focuses on the "four major projects", develops the implementation path of "2451", highlights the fine study of the old area, and deepens the implementation of the "ballast project" around the two main lines of "control decline rate and increase recovery rate". In the first seven months of this year, oil field crude oil production increased by 28,300 tons year-on-year, natural decline and comprehensive decline decreased by 3.55 and 1.93 percentage points respectively, and crude oil daily output remained above 6,600 tons. Natural gas development pays attention to the top-level design, increases the intensity of "intensive cultivation", establishes the "1+2+N" oilfield company-level "ballast stone" model, strengthens the four works of stable production of old Wells, production increase of new Wells, measures to increase production, and engineering production guarantee, and highlights the "one well and one policy". Up to now, measures have been implemented to maintain and increase gas by 746 million cubic meters, and the conformity rate of production capacity construction and distribution has reached 118%.
