近日,南京工程公司自主开发的球罐全位置成套自动焊技术在中试装置成功实现人机分离,为该公司球罐焊接智能化转型升级起到推动作用。

目前,该技术具备3D成像、坡口扫描、焊缝跟踪等功能,可实现多种自动控制技术在球形储罐自动化焊接上的集成应用,并通过5G信号焊接信息实时传输至公司智慧指挥中心。焊接人员只需在操作室发出指令,自动焊机就可以围绕罐壁开展自主作业,并对焊缝外观进行自动检测。

南京工程公司积极开展球罐全位置自动焊技术工艺研发及成果转化工作,陆续在多个重点工程应用。据统计,与传统手工焊或组合焊工艺相比,该技术可提升工效约2.7倍,焊接一次合格率约为98%,在减小受限空间及高空作业的同时,保证焊接质量,降低球罐长周期运行的安全风险。

At present, the technology has 3D imaging, groove scanning, weld tracking and other functions, which can realize the integrated application of a variety of automatic control technologies in the automatic welding of spherical storage tanks, and real-time transmission of 5G signal welding information to the company's intelligent command center. The welding personnel only need to issue instructions in the operation room, and the automatic welding machine can carry out autonomous work around the tank wall and automatically detect the appearance of the weld.

Nanjing Engineering Company actively carried out the research and development of all-position automatic welding technology and the transformation of results, and successively applied in a number of key projects. According to statistics, compared with the traditional manual welding or combination welding process, the technology can improve the efficiency of about 2.7 times, and the qualification rate of welding is about 98%, which ensures the welding quality and reduces the safety risk of long-term operation of the spherical tank while reducing the restricted space and altitude operation.
