“智能化矿井建设，降低了安全风险，提升了煤炭开采利用率，实现了提质增效、减员增安的目标。”府谷县宝山煤业有限公司煤矿矿长苏永强说。

目前，府谷县正在加快完善煤矿智能化建设时间表、路线图，做到“能上尽上、能上快上”，持续增强煤炭产业竞争力。该县5处矿井建成了智能化综采工作面，12处矿井已开工建设智能化综采工作面，46处矿井提升了安全标准化水平。

“煤矿智能化和标准化建设是实现煤矿转型发展的必由之路，也是煤矿实现本质安全生产的重要举措。目前，全县52处煤矿建成‘双预控’体系，电子封条已安装并联网，视频会商系统已投用，煤矿智能化、标准化、信息化建设成效显著。”府谷县能源局副局长付文慧说。

与此同时，府谷县优化安全监管体系，围绕安全投入、风险研判、隐患排查、灾害治理、日常监管等，制定了一系列安全生产措施，成立6个执法组、1个督查组，派驻238名驻矿安监员，全县67处矿井监管实现全覆盖；选聘132名专家组建专家库，为监管提供技术支撑；利用新技术、新装备，提高隐患治理精准化、科学化水平。2023年，全县培训煤矿“三项岗位”人员2646人次，其它入职从业人员10415人次，监管执法人员337人次，有效提升了监管能力，为煤矿的安全生产注入了强心剂。府谷县在国家矿山安全监察局陕西局煤矿安全监察年度考核中，位列全省27个产煤县市区第一位。

At the same time, Fugu County optimized the safety supervision system, focusing on safety investment, risk research and judgment, hidden danger investigation, disaster management, daily supervision, etc., formulated a series of safety production measures, established 6 law enforcement teams, 1 supervision team, dispatched 238 mine safety supervisors, and realized full coverage of 67 mine supervision in the county; 132 experts were selected to form an expert database to provide technical support for supervision; We will make use of new technologies and equipment to improve the precision and scientific level of hidden dangers management. In 2023, the county trained 2,646 people in the "three positions" of coal mines, 10,415 people in other employees, and 337 people in supervision and law enforcement, which effectively improved the supervision capacity and injected a strong dose of safety in coal mines. Fugu County ranks first among 27 coal-producing counties in the province in the annual inspection of coal mine safety supervision of Shaanxi Bureau of the State Administration of Mine Safety.
