“煤气水减量化示范装置”项目作为国内首个固定床气化废水近零排放的工业示范项目，主要解决煤气水难处理的环保问题。煤科院气化团队自承建以来，对技术开发和中试试验验证集中攻关，突破了煤气水多界面传质、梯级换热等关键核心技术，研制了梯级换热器、多界面传质器、分流器等专利设备，形成了煤气水减量化成套技术与装备，并建成了煤气水减量化示范装置。通过废水资源化回用促进水资源再利用，在解决常压固定床煤气水“难处理”“难利用”等问题的同时，实现了煤气水的“近零”排放。该装置自投用以来，煤气水减量90%，不仅为常压固定床气化发展探索了新思路，而且为国内中小企业固定床气化炉提供了绿色转型路径。凭借着煤科院先进的技术工艺、优质的现场技术服务、高效稳定的保运服务，得到了客户单位肯定与赞誉。

The "Gas water Reduction demonstration device" project, as the first industrial demonstration project with near-zero discharge of fixed bed gasification wastewater in China, mainly solves the environmental problem of difficult treatment of gas water. Since the construction, the gasification team of the Coal Research Institute has focused on the technology development and pilot test verification, breaking through the key core technologies such as multi-interface mass transfer of gas and water and stepped heat transfer, developed the patented equipment such as stepped heat exchanger, multi-interface mass transfer, diverter, etc., formed a complete set of technology and equipment for gas and water reduction, and built a demonstration device for gas and water reduction. Through the recycling of waste water resources to promote the reuse of water resources, while solving the problems of "difficult to treat" and "difficult to use" of atmospheric fixed bed gas water, the "near zero" discharge of gas water is achieved. Since the device was put into use, the gas water has been reduced by 90%, which not only explores a new idea for the development of atmospheric fixed bed gasification, but also provides a green transformation path for domestic small and medium-sized enterprises fixed bed gasifier. With the advanced technology, high-quality on-site technical services, efficient and stable transportation services of the Coal Research Institute, it has been affirmed and praised by customers.
