2021-2024年,神延煤炭西湾露天煤矿持续推进制度体系建设智能化发展,实现了制度管理由纸质化制度汇编全部转变为自动化办公系统(OA系统)电子文件备案。 在三年时间里,神延煤炭西湾露天煤矿每年下发制度建设回头看及制度“立改废”工作方案,按月组织制度会审工作,明确要求各科室下发制度均须通过制度管理系统流转下发,严格落实考核责任,确保系统制度无缺项漏项;持续完善审批管理流程,新增制度管理员中转、合规审核流程,确保制度依法合规。 目前,神延煤炭西湾露天煤矿在用制度250项,均可在制度管理系统查询调阅相关信息,并实现了导出目录查阅功能,有效推进了制度体系智能化建设,减少了纸张的使用,提高了工作人员办公效率。 From 2021 to 2024, Xiwan open-pit Coal Mine of Shenyan Coal continued to promote the intelligent development of system construction, and realized the transformation of system management from paper system compilation to automatic office system (OA system) electronic document filing.
