在煤矿排水系统扩容孔钻孔套管壁后注浆过程中，该公司项目技术人员和车间人员经过反复研究试验，创新思维，设计加工出一种新型深钻孔套管壁后注浆用的逆止阀。该逆止阀结构简单，实用方便，不仅解决了一般阀门可能造成水泥浆回流影响注浆质量的问题，还能在套管壁后注浆以后，从钻孔中取出单项阀和隔离板，不影响钻孔继续施工，又可以重复利用4-5次，单个阀门就能节约成本近10万元。

The check valve is simple in structure, practical and convenient, not only solves the problem that the general valve may cause the slurry return to affect the quality of grouting, but also takes out a single valve and isolation plate from the drilling hole after the grouting of the casing wall, does not affect the drilling to continue construction, and can be reused 4-5 times, and a single valve can save nearly 100,000 yuan.
