4月11日，由中国钢铁工业协会支持，中国炼焦行业协会、中国国际贸易促进委员会冶金行业分会共同主办的“中国炼焦行业协会八届二次会员（理事）大会暨第二十届中国炼焦技术及焦炭市场国际大会”在山西省太原市举行。

中国钢铁工业协会党委常委、副会长屈秀丽在会上介绍，一季度钢铁行业面临的外部环境复杂性、严峻性、不确定性上升，国内有效需求不足问题突出，企业经营压力加大，经济效益同比下降，经济持续回升向好基础还需巩固。同时提出，随着加大投资、扩大需求、稳定房地产等各项宏观政策的不断推出，国民经济稳中求进，有利于钢铁行业的平稳运行。

她表示，近年来，中国炼焦行业协会团结广大会员，勇于担当、攻坚克难，做了大量有影响力的工作。面对诸多困难与挑战，焦化行业和钢铁行业都需要坚定信心，主动作为，坚持绿色低碳发展；加快结构调整和转型升级，全面推进提质增效，努力推动行业高质量发展。
