4月7日，中国石油煤层气公司临汾采气管理区大吉气田再传捷报，吉深12-8井台8口井投产仅212天，累计产气量就已超1亿立方米，成为这个区块继吉深10-8井台后的第二个产量超过1亿立方米的深层煤岩气井台。

临汾采气管理区积极探索建立全生命周期EUR“五育”精益管理模式，将前期的勘探评价工作作为“优育”环节，将地质工程方案的优化、一体化作为“孕育”环节，将“优、快、高”钻井、产建、改造作为“生育”环节，将气井返排、控压生产作为“哺育”环节，将优化工作制度、采取治理措施作为“养育”环节，全方位保障气井高产高效。一季度，大吉气田产量达4.96亿立方米，同比增长53.6%。

临汾管理区聚焦“一井一策”，细化实施氮气气举、泡沫排液、放喷排液等措施，强力推进低产低效井治理；紧盯产能提效，大力开展吉4-吉10井区专项提产工程，建立4方面11项指标的开发单元参数评价体系，持续为气田稳产赋能。临汾采气管理区聚焦大吉气田新井投产，超前做好方案编制，紧盯“钻前、钻进、完钻、搬家”环节，促进钻井提速提效。

The 8 Wells of Jishen 12-8 well platform were put into operation only 212 days ago, and the cumulative gas production exceeded 100 million cubic meters, becoming the second deep coal, rock and gas platform with a output of more than 100 million cubic meters in this block after Jishen 10-8 well platform.

Linfen Gas Production Management Area actively explores the establishment of the whole life cycle EUR "five breeding" lean management model, taking the early exploration and eva luation work as the "breeding" link, the optimization and integration of geological engineering programs as the "breeding" link, the "excellent, fast and high" drilling, production construction and transformation as the "breeding" link, and the gas well backflow and controlled pressure production as the "feeding" link. The optimization of work system and the adoption of management measures as the "nurturing" link, to ensure the full range of gas well productivity and efficiency. In the first quarter, the output of the Daji gas field reached 496 million cubic meters, an increase of 53.6%.

Linfen Management area focused on "one well and one policy", detailed the implementation of nitrogen gas lift, foam drainage, blowout drainage and other measures, and strongly promoted the treatment of low-production and inefficient Wells; Focusing on productivity improvement, we vigorously carried out a special production improvement project in the J4-J10 well area, established a development unit parameter eva luation system with 11 indicators in 4 aspects, and continued to enable stable production of the gas field. Linfen Gas production Management area focuses on the production of new Wells in Daji gas field, makes plan preparation in advance, and focuses on the links of "pre-drilling, drilling, completion of drilling, and moving" to promote the speed and efficiency of drilling.
