此次市场转移，是公司调整战略布局的重要举措。中曼4队和率先进入该项目的中曼14队都是从中曼阿克苏油田转战而来，在设备释放之初，温宿项目经理朱逢新牵头成立搬迁工作小组，负责组织、策划本次搬迁工作。从制定搬迁方案、明确计划和时间节点，到具体落实计划，再到新井场安装设备，接收甲方验收，大家准备得当、协调有力、安排有序，仅用一周时间就完成了260公里长途搬迁和安装调试，最终达到开钻条件。

甲方验收期间，钻井公司副总经理陈晓荣曾经强调：“此次中曼4队在大庆海坝煤层气项目的顺利施工，再次展示了中曼在油气勘探开发方面的实力和专业水平，希望两支井队充分发挥自身技术优势，在新区块打出中曼品牌与中曼速度，相信在大家共同努力下，煤层气项目一定会取得更加优异的成绩。”

中曼4队平台经理朱传平表示：“在接下来的工作中，我们将严格按照施工计划和质量要求进行作业，同兄弟单位互帮互助，确保施工的安全和高效推进。同时，我们将积极与甲方进行沟通协作，及时解决生产中遇到的问题，为第一口井的成功交付做好充足准备”。

At the same time, we will actively communicate and cooperate with Party A to solve the problems encountered during production in a timely manner and make adequate preparations for the successful delivery of the first well."
