西部探区投入开发以来，冀东油田锁定深层煤层气钻井提速目标，针对深层煤层气水平井施工难点进行精准攻关。技术人员优化提速方案措施、细化生产组织衔接，通过优选高性能钻头螺杆、实行地质工程一体化、应用旋转导向等措施，实现“直井段一趟钻、增斜段一趟钻、水平段一趟钻”高效施工，控制钻头始终在煤层内穿行，保证了水平段煤层的高钻遇率和钻井过程的安全平稳。

2023年，冀东油田深层煤层气先导试验平均单井钻完井周期为52.87天。今年5月以来，冀东油田佳南105H井、佳南202X井钻完井周期均控制在35天以内，佳北2H井钻完井周期仅为25天，推动冀东油田实现深层煤层气钻井提速“三级跳”。钻井提速提效，为冀东油田深层煤层气快速高效开发提供了坚实的技术保障。

Technical personnel optimize the speed increase scheme and measures, refine the production organization connection, through the optimization of high-performance drill screw, the implementation of geological engineering integration, the application of rotary steering and other measures, to achieve the efficient construction of "one drill in the vertical section, one drill in the inclined section, and one drill in the horizontal section", control the drill bit always through the coal seam, to ensure the high drilling rate of the horizontal section of the coal seam and the safety and stability of the drilling process.

In 2023, the average drilling and completion period of a single well in the pilot test of deep coalbed methane in Jidong Oilfield is 52.87 days. Since May this year, the drilling and completion cycle of Jisouth 105H and Jisouth 202X Wells in Jidong Oilfield has been controlled within 35 days, and the drilling and completion cycle of Jinorth 2H well is only 25 days, promoting the "triple jump" of deep coalbed methane drilling speed in Jidong Oilfield. The acceleration of drilling speed and efficiency provides a solid technical guarantee for the rapid and efficient development of deep coalbed methane in Jidong Oilfield.
