他们坚持计划性检修和预防性检修相结合，强化检修质量，严抓安全责任，确保设备运转“零卡顿”。针对检修时间、原煤入洗量、尾煤排料时间等任务指标层层分解，保证生产运转、设备维护、密控调度、浮选等多岗位人员通力协作，确保产品质量合格率及稳定率达到100%。此外，提前对脱介筛、破碎机、弧形筛、精煤离心机等设备进行了维护，让洗选系统进入最佳运行状态，检修人员提前2个小时到岗检修、开机洗选，确保了每日近20个小时的运转时间，确保设备高效运转。

在设备管理方面，洗煤厂坚持科学合理定岗，调整岗位管理模式，采用一岗多责、专人包岗的方式逐步实现合岗并岗。在此基础上，对大型电机、泵、仪表等包机到人，巡检人员严格执行设备日周月检制度，每天停机之后检查关键设备，确保生产系统的全天连续高效作业。将重介生产班组单班人数缩减到8人，在“不能超员、不能少员”用工管理下，实现了人均工效的节节攀升。

In terms of equipment management, coal washing plants adhere to scientific and reasonable post allocation, adjust the post management mode, and gradually realize the combination of posts and posts by adopting the method of multiple responsibilities and special personnel. On this basis, inspection personnel strictly implement the daily, weekly and monthly inspection system of equipment for large motors, pumps, instruments, etc., and check key equipment after shutdown every day to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the production system throughout the day. The number of heavy medium production team in a single shift is reduced to 8 people, and under the labor management of "no overcrowding, no less staff", the per capita work efficiency is gradually rising.
