据悉,低浓度瓦斯热电联产项目是该公司重点产学研联合攻关科技研发项目,建设31.5MW低瓦斯直燃装置和制热一体化设备配套建设2MW低浓度瓦斯内燃发电机组,冬季生产热力、夏季生产电力供给煤矿使用。项目引入国内领先低浓度瓦斯直燃制热一体化技术,该技术具有良好的阻火特性、高效燃烧特性、低排放等特点,实现低浓度瓦斯在燃烧装置内高效燃烧,低浓度瓦斯燃烧摧毁率达到99%,将低浓度瓦斯直燃装置与蒸汽锅炉结合形成低浓度瓦斯直燃制热一体化设备,使低浓度瓦斯通过瓦斯直燃装置燃烧后产生热能直接与蒸汽锅炉水冷壁进行换热制取饱和工业蒸汽。这种方式不通过余热锅炉进行热转换,使热效率从60%提升至90%,减少了冗余低效热转换过程,从而实现低浓度瓦斯制热高效利用。项目正式投产后,可大大降低煤矿生产用热用电成本,预计每年可降本创收3000余万元,实现节能减排、降本增效。 5月25日上午,太原煤气化荫营煤业公司举办低浓度瓦斯热电联产项目开工奠基仪式。
