这个管理区针对大吉气田河西深层煤岩气直丛井开发，持续在全生命周期高效建产上下功夫，以“剥洋葱”的方式逐一分析河西深层煤岩气直丛井压裂、试气资料，明确了施工总液量、总砂量、平均砂比、施工压力等九大高产主控因素，确定“地质条件是高产基础、改造程度是高产前提、储层保护是高产保障、地层能量是高产关键、控压生产是高产保证”5条高产井培育方式。

这个管理区严格落实地质工程一体化，合理利用地层天然能量，打破传统压裂投产方式，通过调整施工顺序、推行橇装化设计施工等措施，实施连续气举快速投产，精准把控生产节奏，有效避免压井、冲砂、钻塞导致的储层伤害，气井投产周期由35天缩短至12天。
