评审会上，鉴定委员会首先听取了项目汇报，仔细审查了技术协议、工作报告、研究报告、经济效益分析报告、第三方检测报告、科技查新 报告、经济社会效益分析报告、科技成果应用证明、相关知识产权证明等鉴定材料，经质询答疑和研究讨论，与会专家一致认为该成果整体技术达到“国际先进”水平，具有很高的推介价值和广泛的应用实践价值。

据了解，该项目目前已在陕西煤业公司、黄陵矿业公司、彬长矿业等8个矿业公司及其下属36个煤矿得到了全面应用。该项目旨在推动煤矿安全基础管理由侧重质量管理向构建管理体系转变，进一步突出煤矿企业主体责任落实、领导作用发挥、管理制度的现场落实、体系建设与安全管理的有机融合等，提升煤矿企业安全管理水平。聚焦于通过数字化转型为企业提升安全生产监管的效率和效能，并为企业提供了智能化风险感知、预测、防控能力，实现安全管理精细化、信息化动态管理，节约企业综合成本。此外，该项目首次将国家级专家标准化检查经验内置到系统中，显著提高标准化检查水平，得到了国家矿山安全监察局的高度认可和关注。

At the review meeting, the appraisal committee first listened to the project report, carefully reviewed the technical agreement, work report, research report, economic benefit analysis report, third party testing report, scientific and technological innovation report, economic and social benefit analysis report, scientific and technological achievements application certificate, related intellectual property certificate and other appraisal materials, after questions and answers and research and discussion. The participating experts agreed that the overall technology of the achievement has reached the "international advanced" level, and has high promotion value and extensive application practice value.

It is understood that the project has been fully applied in 8 mining companies and 36 coal mines under Shaanxi Coal Industry Company, Huangling Mining Company and Binchang Mining Company. The project aims to promote the transformation of coal mine safety basic management from focusing on quality management to building a management system, and further highlight the implementation of the main responsibility of coal mine enterprises, the play of the leadership role, the on-site implementation of the management system, the organic integration of system construction and safety management, so as to improve the safety management level of coal mine enterprises. It focuses on improving the efficiency and effectiveness of production safety supervision for enterprises through digital transformation, and provides enterprises with intelligent risk perception, prediction, prevention and control capabilities, so as to achieve refined safety management and dynamic information management, and save comprehensive costs for enterprises. In addition, the project has for the first time built the experience of national experts in standardized inspection into the system, significantly improving the level of standardized inspection, and has been highly recognized and concerned by the State Administration of Mine Safety.
