内蒙古自治区能源局18日消息称，近日，《内蒙古新街矿区总体规划(修编)》获得国家发展和改革委员会批复，新街矿区是内蒙古2024年首个获得国家批复的煤炭矿区，也是“十四五”期间内蒙古获得国家批复的第4个煤炭矿区总体规划。

新街煤炭矿区位于鄂尔多斯市境内，东胜煤田南部，属于国家大型煤炭基地神东煤炭基地的骨干矿区，也是蒙西(内蒙古西部)地区煤炭产能接续的主力矿区。

新街煤炭矿区总规模5900万吨/年，规划7个矿井，最大规模1300万吨/年，最小规模400万吨/年，其中3处为新建矿井，均为井工开采，总规模2000万吨/年。

内蒙古能源局称，矿区总体规划是煤矿开发建设的基本依据，新街煤炭矿区规划的成功获批对于加快释放优质产能、提升煤炭保供能力、实现煤炭产能稳定接续具有重要意义。

The Energy Bureau of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region said on the 18th that recently, the "Inner Mongolia Xinjie Mining area Master Plan (revised)" was approved by the National Development and Reform Commission. Xinjie Mining area is the first coal mining area in Inner Mongolia approved by the State in 2024, and it is also the fourth coal mining area master plan approved by the State during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period.

Xinjie Coal mining area is located in Ordos City, the south of Dongsheng coal field, belongs to the national large-scale coal base Shendong coal base backbone mining area, is also the main coal production capacity of Mengxi (western Inner Mongolia) area.

The total scale of Xinjie coal mining area is 59 million tons/year, and 7 mines are planned, the largest scale is 13 million tons/year, the minimum scale is 4 million tons/year, of which 3 are new mines, all of which are mined by Wells, and the total scale is 20 million tons/year.

The Inner Mongolia Energy Bureau said that the overall planning of the mining area is the basic basis for the development and construction of coal mines, and the successful approval of the Xinjie coal mining area planning is of great significance for accelerating the release of high-quality production capacity, improving the capacity of coal supply assurance, and realizing the stable continuation of coal production capacity.
