6月17日，2024年煤矿瓦斯抽采利用高级研修班在安徽省淮南市开班。本次研修班由国家能源局主办，来自产煤省区及新疆生产建设兵团煤炭行业管理部门、重点煤炭企业及有关科研单位等50余名学员参加。

此次研修班的主要任务是，深入贯彻落实党的二十大和二十届二中全会精神，践行“四个革命、一个合作”能源安全新战略，统筹高质量发展和高水平安全，夯实煤炭安全供应基础，宣传贯彻煤矿瓦斯治理政策法规、标准规范，学习交流先进技术，深入研究前沿问题，培养复合型瓦斯治理专业人才，为提升全国煤矿瓦斯抽采利用水平提供有力支撑。研修班已列入全国专业技术人才知识更新工程2024年高级研修项目计划。

研修班为期5天，采取专家授课、专题研讨、现场观摩相结合的方式，突出创新性和实践性。授课内容包括煤炭行业发展形势、煤矿瓦斯抽采利用典型技术、瓦斯事故防范、甲烷排放控制、职工工伤防护等。研修期间，学员将深入低浓度瓦斯（乏风瓦斯）蓄热氧化项目、煤层气地面预抽钻井井场等实地参观学习；结合各自工作实际，分享经验体会，加快瓦斯抽采利用先进技术推广应用。

On June 17, the 2024 advanced training class on coal mine gas extraction and utilization opened in Huainan city, Anhui province. The workshop was sponsored by the National Energy Administration and was attended by more than 50 participants from coal-producing provinces and regions, coal industry management departments of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, key coal enterprises and relevant scientific research institutions.

The main tasks of this workshop are to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Party's 20th National Congress and the Second Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee, practice the new strategy of "four revolutions, one cooperation" energy security, coordinate high-quality development and high-level safety, consolidate the foundation of coal safety supply, publicize and implement coal mine gas management policies, regulations, standards and norms, learn and exchange advanced technologies, and deeply study frontier issues. The training of composite gas management professionals will provide strong support for improving the level of gas extraction and utilization in coal mines across the country. The workshop has been included in the national professional and technical personnel knowledge Renewal Project 2024 senior research project plan.

The seminar lasts for 5 days and takes the combination of expert teaching, special discussion and on-site observation, highlighting innovation and practicality. The content of the course includes the development situation of the coal industry, typical technologies of coal mine gas extraction and utilization, gas accident prevention, methane emission control, and employee injury protection. During the study period, students will go deep into low-concentration gas (wind-depleted gas) thermal storage oxidation projects, coal bed methane surface pre-pumping drilling sites and other field visits and learning; Combined with their respective work practice, share experience, and accelerate the promotion and application of advanced gas extraction technology.
