调研中六家煤炭产业典型企业负责人围绕贵州省“富矿精开”政策解读，对企业煤炭年开采量、年销售量、开采技术、节能环保措施等生产经营情况作出了详细的介绍，也围绕当前煤矿行业存在的困难与问题，产业链配套发展的制约因素等进行了深入的交流。

“我们公司主要是勘探、开发、利用、销售煤层气，煤层气是一种与煤伴生的气体资源，是储存在煤层中的烃类气体，也就是俗称的‘瓦斯’，是一种洁净优质的能源和化工原料。目前公司煤层气抽采利用率达到了70%。”贵州水矿奥瑞安清洁能源有限公司总经理孟海涛介绍，由于目前融资难、资金不足，让公司遇到了发展瓶颈。

贵州文家坝矿业有限公司负责人胡东亮说道：“毕节地区的煤矿多为高硫煤，煤质不算好，煤价不高，只能作为电煤使用。今年预计煤炭产量达200万吨，其中大约有50-60%销往织金县发电厂。我们目前正在建设洗煤厂，利用煤和杂质物理、化学上的差异，有效分理处其余杂质，降低煤炭硫含量，使其达到化工用原料煤标准，提高其附加值，实现煤矿资源的高端化开发。”

Hu Dongliang, head of Guizhou Wenjiaba Mining Co., LTD., said: "The coal mines in the Bijie area are mostly high-sulfur coal, the coal quality is not good, the coal price is not high, and can only be used as electricity coal. Coal production is expected to reach 2 million tons this year, about 50-60% of which will be sold to the Zhijin power plant. We are currently building a coal washing plant, taking advantage of the physical and chemical differences between coal and impurities to effectively separate the remaining impurities, reduce the sulfur content of coal, make it meet the standard of raw coal for chemical industry, increase its added value, and realize the high-end development of coal resources."
