煤炭板块加强组织保生产

千米井下，张集矿综采一队工作面一派繁忙，伴随着采煤机巨大截齿的旋转，一块块“乌金”落下，一刀割下去，就有约1600吨原煤落入刮板运输机，经过皮带运输、洗选加工、装车等环节后，源源不断运往周边电厂。迎峰度夏期间，本土矿井统筹安全生产各个环节，超前谋划，合理调整回采方案，科学有序组织洗选，动态调控，提高有效资源量。西部煤电集团本着“安全前提下增产增供”的原则，加强对采煤工作面机电设备、运输、提升系统的检修，并全力做好每日运输匹配工作，确保产运平衡，保障“迎峰度夏”期间煤炭产得出、运得快。同时，在集团公司淮南本土保供压力紧张的情况下，通过港口中转、铁路南下，有序调剂西部资源向本土进行应急补充。

全资源调度高效保发运

“7月下旬以来，安徽省范围内持续高温天气，省内电厂发电负荷攀升，用煤需求激增，叠加淮南本土资源偏紧、淮河汛期等影响，水运通道受阻，外来煤受限。我们通过科学高效地统筹调度，确保了坑口电厂用煤需求。”煤炭销售中心相关负责人表示。煤炭销售中心提前制定了迎峰度夏能源保障工作方案和应急预案，坚持“日调度”工作机制，及时准确掌握电厂生产、库存、耗煤及外来煤情况，合理排定自产煤发运计划，统筹平衡发运流向，并根据供需形势，在自产煤基础上，确定坑口电厂外来煤引入计划210万吨，有效弥补了坑口电厂的需求缺口。同时，煤炭销售中心开辟8条外来煤入淮通道，适时启动铁路返装运输和港口储备资源，与淮矿电燃公司协同配合，及时启动凤台电厂裕溪口返装车发运、增加洛能公司南京新生圩、梁山港返装车发运，守住电煤库存底线。

电力板块迎“峰”而上保发电

作为区域能源保供的主力电厂之一，电力集团潘集电厂积极落实迎峰度夏电力保供要求，自迎峰度夏以来全力满发稳发，8月份以来日均发电约2600万度，主要供给安徽省内用电。入夏以来，该厂抓住夏季发电“黄金期”，时时关注天气情况，扎实做好“巡检、点检、定检”安全生产的第一道防线和“抄表、监盘、消缺”安全生产的第二道防线，对500千伏升压站及户外设备开展全方位巡检，同时加强设备维护管理，坚持“小缺陷不过班、大缺陷不过天”的原则，及时消除设备缺陷，确保迎峰度夏期间机组发得出、带得满、稳得住，全力以赴保障电力可靠供应。此外，集团公司本土各控股、均股电厂对外积极争取发电量，对内高效开展机组检修和运行管理，衔接做好煤炭运输，全面落实迎峰度夏保发电任务。

The coal sales center has formulated the work plan and emergency plan to meet the peak summer energy guarantee in advance, adhered to the "daily scheduling" working mechanism, timely and accurately grasped the production, inventory, coal consumption and foreign coal of the power plant, rationally scheduled the self-produced coal delivery plan, coordinated and balanced the delivery direction, and determined the import plan of 2.1 million tons of foreign coal for the Kandou power plant according to the supply and demand situation and on the basis of self-produced coal. Effectively make up for the gap in demand of power plants at the mouth of the pit. At the same time, the coal sales center opened up 8 foreign coal into Huai channel, timely start the railway reloading transportation and port reserve resources, cooperate with Huai mine electric fuel company, timely start the Fengtai power plant Yuxikou reloading vehicle shipment, increase the Luoneng company Nanjing Xinshengwei, Liangshan port reloading vehicle shipment, and keep the bottom line of electric coal inventory.

Power plate to meet the "peak" and protect power generation

As one of the main power plants for regional energy supply assurance, Panji Power Plant of the Power Group actively implements the requirements of welcoming the kurtosis summer power supply assurance. Since welcoming the kurtosis summer, the power generation has been full and steady, and the average daily power generation has been about 26 million KWH since August, mainly supplying electricity in Anhui province. Since the beginning of the summer, the factory has seized the "golden period" of summer power generation, always paid attention to the weather conditions, and firmly done the first line of defense of "inspection, spot inspection, and fixed inspection" safety production and the second line of defense of "meter reading, monitoring, and eliminating shortage" safety production, and carried out comprehensive inspection of 500 kV booster stations and outdoor equipment, while strengthening equipment maintenance and management. Adhere to the principle of "small defects but class, big defects but day", eliminate equipment defects in time, ensure that the unit is generated, full and stable during the peak summer, and go all out to ensure reliable power supply. In addition, the local holding and equal-share power plants of the Group company actively strive for power generation externally, efficiently carry out unit maintenance and operation management internally, connect coal transportation, and fully implement the task of welcoming kurtosis and conserving power generation.
