签约仪式上，双方签署了全面战略合作框架协议，中铁装备向该集团赠送了盾构机模型。根据协议，双方将充分发挥各自在行业内的优势，以推进煤矿掘进工作机械化、智能化建设为契机，在矿用TBM、横轴掘进机、掘锚一体机等掘进装备研发制造、推广应用等方面开展全方位合作。
