自修自制，拨响降本“金算盘”。连日来，该矿不断提升自修自制能力，坚决做到“能复用的不报废、能自修的不外委、能加工的不购置”。采取长改短、粗改细、大改小、方改圆等方式，使废旧物资发挥最大价值。同时，采掘队皮带检修人员把日常设备维修过程中拆下来的螺栓、轴承、电机等进行分类回收，逐个检查，对废旧物件进行再加工和维修，真正实现了变废为宝。

优化管理，节省人力和时间。该矿优化管理，发动职工在做好本职工作的基础上，在“顺”字上做文章。一是“顺手”冲洗巷道。针对瓦检员瓦斯巡检范围大、地点偏远的特点，利用巡检间隔时间，“顺手”将闲置巷道的粉尘进行冲洗，减少矿上重新安排专人专门冲洗次数。二是“顺道”回收材料。针对部分闲置存放在巷道里的各种材料，利用各队下班时段外出人员“顺道”回收，为矿节省人力和时间，提高材料的回收复用率和劳动效率。

深挖潜力，提升效益“增长点”。该矿优化采区设计，将零星块段和老旧采区“边角余料”全部纳入开采范围，减少工作面岩石混入量，想方设法提高资源回收率和煤炭品质。克服地质构造复杂、采空区多、时间紧等不利因素，持续优化“一人多岗、一岗多能”队伍结构，积极投入小型便捷设备，提高劳动效率，有效降低人力成本，弥补特殊工种人员短缺问题。大搞沿空留巷，减少巷道掘进量。

According to the characteristics of large scope and remote location of tile inspectors' gas inspection, the dust of idle roadway can be washed "conveniently" by using the inspection interval, and the number of special washing times can be rearranged on the mine. The second is "by-pass" recycling materials. In view of the various materials that are partially idle and stored in the roadway, the personnel who go out during the off-duty hours of each team are used to recycle them, which saves manpower and time for the mine and improves the reuse rate and labor efficiency of materials.

Tap the potential and enhance the "growth point" of efficiency. The mine optimized the mining area design, the scattered sections and the old mining area "corner residual material" are all included in the mining scope, reduce the amount of rock mixed in the working face, and try to improve the resource recovery rate and coal quality. Overcome the unfavorable factors such as complex geological structure, many goaf areas, and tight time, continue to optimize the team structure of "one person with multiple posts, one post with multiple capabilities", actively invest in small and convenient equipment, improve labor efficiency, effectively reduce labor costs, and make up for the shortage of special workers. Keep lanes along the goaf and reduce the amount of tunneling.
